Ordered at the kiosk and it was very straightforward. No humans to take your order which I did find a bit odd.

I got the Classic Buona (the one in my photo) — it’s basically just beef and bread, and it came out to $9.41 with tax.
To be fair, it is their specialty and the beef is really good… I just feel like the price is a little excessive for how simple the sandwich is.

The staff is wonderful at Buona Bolingbrook. I made a mistake and sent my order to the Buona Montgomery location. The staff looked for my order until we realized it went to the wrong location. They honored my order and were very kind during the process. One particular young man at the window gave exceptional customer service. I wish I had his name.

Clean dining and bathroom facilities. Very friendly service when we ordered online and eating in restaurant with the kids! My kids love the fun reel to watch and the food options are great!
