Had my sister stop by to get two ice cream on a cup. Once she gotten home we both began eating the ice cream until we notice something was off. The ice cream had a weird sour taste to it and had a bad smell. We just decided to just throw out the ice cream since we just couldn't trust eating it.
Major let down on Burger King part. Really sad about the quality of the ice cream. We won't be buying ice cream from here going forward.

The Bald Nerd
I got two whopper meals. One for me and one for my wife and I took them home. About halfway through dinner my wife said she didn’t feel good and ran to the bathroom and threw up. I took care of my wife then went back to the store with her half eaten food and explained the situation. I was concerned maybe something was on her burger that made her sick. The manager just said the whopper was perfect and nothing was wrong with it. She said it over and over again. Ultimately I got a refund on my wife’s whopper but not the rest of her meal.
The worst part for me was the manager being so rude and defensive. The proper response should be “I’m so sorry that happened. Is she ok? I can refund her food. I hope she feels better.”
I work with the public as well and can’t imagine responding that way when the food makes someone sick.

This location is open 24hrs on Friday until Sunday. I went here early Saturday morning (8/16/25) to order something to eat on my lunch break to be told that I can't order anything for being white. This location is very racist & corporate is going to be called on Monday morning. Avoid this place at night if you don't want to be yelled at & belittled for your genetics as a human being.
Here first thing on a Sunday morning. Service was extremely poor. We told them the order and she asked us to repeat it. Then she took forever to give us change and instead was on her phone looking at a video while she should have went and got us the change. So the service here is poor,it doesn't deserve 1 star. They always take forever to get your order even after they just opened and it's not busy. They need to re train the staff here on customer service. They also were out of Biscuits for the Biscuit breakfast sandwiches,which is originally wanted to order.

Staff doesn’t understand English. Had to sign out what was wrong with my order on the receipt. They said ok. I still got the wrong food. Had to walk in after ordering in the drive thru and just wait inside.
Said my item I ordered wasn’t in the system but this is the same price so we used it. How can an item on the menu not be in the system? Also drive thru sign not working at all so no way to confirm order or see half the menu
