I order a double whopper with no onions and no mayo and when I got home I got a whopper I got a whopper single with a lot of mayo and a lot of onions, I think they need to learn how to fallow instructions specially when somebody spends more than $30 and gets the wrong food, fries was cold and burger too

According to most of the previous reviews, I must have hit a good day for the staff. Everything worked perfectly. Food from this chain is a classic, you know what you're getting into. This branch deserves praise and I thank you for the service.

I went there and didn't realize that they could serve lunch because I saw the breakfast menu was up. The lady who cashed me out I'm not sure who it was cuz I didn't get a receipt was rude. She's in speaking in Spanish and laughing with the other lady about how I thought you can only get lunch at night. I know Spanish and I don't think she realized that.

A definite negative experience. The late shift staff was rude, Won't return. Can't recommend them at all. McDonalds down the road is so very friendly and helpful.

Never go here. The manager was running the drive thru. I ask for honey mustard and zesty sauce TWICE. he parked me, so I reminded him again at the window for the sauces. He got extremely angry said "yeah yeah yeah" and waved his hand at me as if dismissing me. Surprise. No sauces. No receipt. Do better.
I called them writing a OK, yeah get report for a refund and they were being rude and hung up right on me.

The food was ok but supposed to be the night manager wasn't. She messed up on my order. I went to the drive through. I had ordered my food but when I got to the window. I had told her to take off the the honey mustard wrap and add add another buffalo wrap. So I thought she had did that and no she didn't. I had my cousin with and heard everything that I told the lady. Then she wanted to charge me for the extra wrap and on top of that started swearing at us. For her to be a night manager that was unprofessional. I work in food service too and I did any like I would get fired immediately.
Every time I order my mozzarella sticks, I never receive them. Service is always super slow, especially in the drive through around lunch time. They need to pick up the pace. Half the time you're always having to repeat your order. They can never get it right. And when you think they have it right? They forget something in your order.Not sure if they're always short. Staffed around this time of day, or if they're just hiring people that are not willing to put in the effort. This place needs to change or else you're going to be losing tons of customers. Valuable lesson today. Never go to a drive thru if you haven’t seen the inside and how they prepare their food . I went inside. Very expensive. After paying, another customer complained about a very sloppy sandwich and pointed out food preparers touching food bare handed , seemed like no supervision or rules followed. fries not good and burgers undercooked and barely warm. Last time at BK for me.
