Very expensive for the little sizes you get. Next time we will just come for ice-cream or maybe not for a long time because they serving sizes for a small and a medium blizzards are ridiculously small. Small blizzard is definitely for small children or elderly. Chicken tenders were so small I could have gotten chicken nuggets from McDonald's.

The employees at this store are so much nicer. If you can make the extra drive i would definitly go to this store over the one in yorkville .The portions and atmosphere is so much nicer in the montgomery store. Yorkville employees definitly dont like their job.Such a shame.

Charged for someone elses order, cashier refunded the difference in cash but could not give a receipt for the corrected amount, when asking the manager for a receipt for my order he said he could not provide that and I would just have to take his word for it. Nothing on my receipt was from my order except the amount changed to my card. Confidence level in the negative!!

Needed a last minute ice cream birthday cake so went to DQ right when they opened at 11:00. Very nice young lady explained and showed us the choices of cakes. We selected the half chocolate half vanilla with a cookie crumble inside. Cake was not personalized but she agreed to do it, even though she was not the cake decorator. She did a nice job, it looked very nice. Cake was delicious, had many requests for seconds. Great service great cake. 👍👍

Every single time I have a pick up order I stand at the pick up counter for 5 min and no one comes and checks. This time people were just standing there and didn’t see me since the counter is WAY too tall. If you order for pick up don’t listen to the sign, just go to the register and don’t waste your time waiting

!! Be cautious when ordering here as they may not provide complete orders, and phone calls to rectify issues may be met with rudeness and uncooperative staff. Not everyone wants free food , I just wanted my kids food complete double check before leaving this place other wise they wont give you the food your missing and they should check the cameras before assuming something probably the guy who answer me and said he was sure he did put it in my bag was to hungry he wanted the free food . Manager should check this 4/22 at 7:20pm
