Attitude as soon as you walk in, No greeting No acknowledgements of your existence. Points at the kiosk, made my coffee shitty ask to make it again like I always get it. Get a new one the way suppose to be, pours coffee all over the lid. So I ask for a new lid. Walked out and never walking in again period.

Listen, it’s a Dunkin. How great can it be? WRONG. That’s what I thought at every other dunking I’ve been to. But this Dunkin? The crew is so friendly, they are kind and fun to chat with. The drinks? Immaculate. Pretty. Stupendous. TASTY. The food??? Nothing compares. This Dunkin has changed me. I was once a “every once in a while” dunking enjoyer. I am now a “3-4 time a week maybe more” Dunkin enjoyer, and it is LITERALLY all because of this specific Dunkin.

Sunday 8/17/2025 - 8:08pm I went thru the drive thru for an iced Carmel coffee. I didn’t taste it til I got home. Came home and it tasted funny and had my brother to taste it and it was hazelnut. I’m allergic to hazelnut so I had to take medicine, I’m glad it was just a lil sip so it wasn’t bad. I called to complain because it could’ve been worse. The dude was rude and proceeded to say he hasn’t an order for that. Instead of taking the situation serious he was just rude. Completely upset with this experience.

Went here this morning for food and coffee through the drive thru (was starving) and my food was ice cold when I grabbed it while leaving the parking lot. Super disappointing because I still needed to eat it (was gross)

When I asked a simple question about the order instead of assisting me, they responded with attitude and rolled their eyes. It felt like I was bothering them. This level of disrespect is unacceptable in any customer-facing role.

There is ONLY one lady who has the best customer service in the morning, which is the Hispanic girl who ALWAYS is friendly. This is USED to be a good place, but this place has quickly gone downhill. I assume the owner and some family members work here, and I must say that sometimes you have to hire outside your family. The guy on the menu sounds like he doesn't want to be there and rude and rushes you and never says morning in a friendly way. The older Indian lady always gets my order wrong because they are always rushing. They toast your bagel until it is brick and unchewable. It doesn't make sense. Never go in the afternoon it gets worse, the young Indian girl messing up on my orders because she stays her phone. Nothing tastes fresh in the afternoon. Oh, never go on weekend they hand you a bag all torn up and just throw it to you. CLOSE MY BAG. At least reopened, and sticking your hand in my bag is so nasty. They are all in a hurry to make money being rude and messy. And water doesn't clean your hands. If you don't use soap, which you should not be at home, you're serving people food and stop sticking your fingers in customer's cups when making coffee. Wear gloves, that is how people get sick. Maybe the Health Department should go over training.

This Dunkin charges their customers $2 for a cup of water. Seems greedy to charge $2 for a cup of water when I am paying for a $4 coffee. They lost my service today all to make an extra $2 off a regular customer.

I do not recommend this place at all. Dunkin’ Donuts are not fresh and iced coffee is not drinkable. They could not prepare the Iced coffee which I ordered. Indian man at the front desk is rude and unfriendly.
