I hope the location on lake st is better than the rest. Do not attend the locations on Douglas in Montgomery il Farnsworth in aurora il or galena blvd in aurora il.. horrible service and food is not cooked all the way through on top of Luke warm coffee.

New guys sucks. I understand there’s a learning curve and that it’s summer time but I’m here very often and get the same thing every single time. My coffee has not been right a single time since he started working the times I usually come and it’s kinda ridiculous at this point lol. I actually enjoy this place and the speed and accuracy that used to be pretty normal but this is really killing the overall outlook lol

I frequently mobile order at this Dunkin’ Donuts on my way to work. Today I was given a drink that looked like mine. As I pulled away and took a sip, I realized it was not. I noticed there was a different name on the tag as well. I drove back through the drive-through to let them know they handed me the wrong drink. The man seemed quite annoyed and asked me if I had taken a sip out of the drink, and I told him I did since I thought it was mine. He then proceeded to take the straw out the drink and grabbed for a new straw to give it to the person instead of throw it away and make the drink again. I was appalled by this choice.

I go to dunkin almost everyday. I go to this location on my way to work and the iced coffee tastes so bitter and sour. I used to work at dunkin for 3 years so they are doing something wrong with brewing the iced coffee here. Either not stirring it or not putting ice during the brew. So

This is THE location! Their crew has always treated me and family like gold! Drinks are always made, fresh, right, and quick. I had to ask one day...some of the names of the folks that made our experiences so great..Quiana, Layla, Suzette....these are some of the stars. I don't know everyone's name but some others have been great too! Thanks for helping us have a Dunkin we could trust for quality, everytime!
The staff here is phenomenal! They are always so kind and make our drinks just how we like them. My husband and I have become regulars. And this will continue to be our favorite location.
Kid-friendliness: The staff always says hi when our kiddos are in the car which puts a huge smile on their faces

I ordered a HOT caramel macchiato and received it cold, asked them to remake it and then they made it ICED, I took the drink because I was already sitting in line for 10mins and was running late for work. will not be coming here again no matter how close it is from my house! looks like children running the store where are the adults and managers at! This is ridiculous I understand you made it wrong once but to make it wrong twice is crazy and unprofessional

I go to this location because its closest to me, but not one time since they’ve opened have i not had an issue with an order. Accidents happen but when it’s a reoccurring thing and I’m being charged for incorrect orders when management is always there.. it doesn’t make sense at all.
