Rude mocosas working. No proper training and lack etiquette. Not professional at all

am writing as a long-time customer who has been coming to this Dunkin’ location regularly for the past three years. Until recently, I have spoken very highly of your establishment and even recommended it to others. Unfortunately, my experience on Sunday, December 21, 2025, was completely unacceptable and has left me extremely disappointed.
The employee who assisted me that day was rude, disrespectful, and demonstrated no customer service skills whatsoever. I had a guest in my car at the time, and they were shocked and speechless by how poorly I was treated—especially given how often I praise this location. This interaction was embarrassing and upsetting.
What made this even more frustrating is that I have had excellent experiences with specific employees who work Monday through Friday. The gentleman at the window during the weekdays is always a delight, professional, and kind. The young woman who takes orders during the week is also polite, clear, and welcoming. Those employees are the reason I remained loyal to this location.
However, this particular Sunday felt poorly managed. The overall environment lacked professionalism, structure, and basic hospitality. It was clear that proper training and supervision were missing.
In addition, my coffee order was incorrect and poorly handled. There was no label on the cup—something that is normally done correctly when I visit daily. The cup only stated “small coffee” with no order details or name. When I questioned this, the employee was rude and dismissive instead of helpful. She also refused to provide her name when asked, which is very concerning from a customer service standpoint.
Due to this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location. It is extremely disappointing to lose trust in a place I once enjoyed and supported so consistently.
I strongly encourage management to review this incident, provide proper customer service training, and ensure that all employees understand the importance of professionalism and respect. Loyal customers should never be treated this way.

The coffee is what you'd expect, but the dude who was working there when I went like twenty minutes ago just scammed me out of a present gift card that a relative had given my last night. I knew he was wrong, and I had the receipts to prove it, but I didn't want to make a fuss. so if you are using visa/Mastercard gift cards, beware. some of the people there are seemingly looking for some easy cash. and that's a whole lot of trouble for like 5 measly bucks too. :/

I just ordered at the drive-thru - medium hot coffee cream and sugar, with a plain bagel with cream cheese toasted dark. I specified twice to "please make sure to toast dark, not burned but still dark." The lady was like, "Yeah, yeah, dark." At the window, I added hash browns to the order. I was then given the coffee, barely warm, and the bagel barely toasted. Wth? Good thing I came home and was able to warm up the coffee, and as you can see in the photo, the bagel is pretty white. 🤨

Stood there at the counter waiting for someone to come out. Was there for 15 minutes. Hollered towards the back numerous times as they were washing something and no one came out. Ended up leaving.

Service is great as well as the atmosphere.
The problem I have week after week is that my online order is not made the way I specify.
I always ask for less ice and week after week (at least for the last 4 Saturdays), ice is filled to the 2 line on cup as opposed to the 1 like on cup.

I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich with an extra slice of cheese and was given a sandwich without any cheese on it at all. It’s literally inedible without even one piece of cheese as the croissant is over cooked and burnt tasting. In fact, all of my food is over cooked which is unpleasant but at least mostly tolerable. I’m disappointed and will not be stopping at this Dunkin again.
