The food was not good. Everything was cold and the burger bun completely fell apart after the first bite. The worst part is how disgusting and filthy the dining room was. I wouldn't let my toddler touch anything and we ate in the car. The moment we walked in, you could barely walk because the floors were insanely slippery with a layer of grease. EVERY SINGLE table was disgustingly dirty, covered in food and food all over the floor. The soda station was filthy. It's like the place hasn't been cleaned since it opened because there is no way that was a single day of dirtiness. I was so grossed out. If that's how the front of house looks, I'm terrified of what the back of house is like. To be honest, I was really afraid I was going to get sick from the food..

Don’t recommend. The burger was extremely thin, and it was a double. Thinner than most singles. Fries are shoestring, over cooked and not a fan. And worst of all. They ran out of ketchup. REALLY!

Been wanting to try this place and today was the first time and last time. Not a fan of the extremely thin smash burger or the shoestring fries. Additionally I ordered a side of cheese sauce for my fries and it was awful (fake cheese). Then wanted ketchup and they were out of ketchup. How does a burger and fries restaurant run out of ketchup!!?? Anyway, we were initially going to go to Buona and now wish we had. Very disappointing.

Pleasantly surprised, everything was great! Service was friendly and prompt. Dining room and tables were clean. Food was delicious. I went with a bacon & cheese double with fries. The burger was very tasty and the fries were very good. Cheese curds were good as well. My daughter went with the chicken tenders and she said they are better than Canes and Chick fil A. The Jalapeño Fry dipping sauce is also worth mentioning. We'll definitely be back.

This place just opened not too long ago and I already give it a 1 star. It is currently 7:47pm and whoever was on the intercom has an extreme attitude problem. I swear I cannot wait until the government replace these clowns with robots. ? I recommend going to the other location because these teenagers will put restaurants out of business if they keep going with their sassy attitudes. I did nothing wrong by the way.

I've been to this location several times now and IFeel like I cant even speak at the drive up without being interrupted by the employee behind the drive up head set. Every other word is an upsell. Let a customer cite their order before pushing the extra menu items. Also, employees seemed annoyed and in a big hurry to rush you even when there are no other cars in line. Perhaps management can provide more training with personnel to be a bit more friendly.The sundaes are fabulous and worth the cost. However my husband favors the waffle cones and a double isn't justified for the cost. Its a sad 2 scoops. I've had freddys cones in other states and this was not an issue. Save the dough and order one scoop because the 2 scoop is a glorified scoop at this locationHamburgers are fresh. But then again we only go though the drive up when there is no wait.

Simple fast food in a convenient location. My only quibble is that the portion sizes can be a little inconsistent- I got real tiny chicken tenders once, and I seem to get differemt amounts of fries at times. That seems likely to be just teething troubles of a new place, though. The ice cream is really good.
Love the shoestring fries! Burgers are awesome too. I go for the freddy classic meal all the time

Never again! Against my better judgment I went to Freddy's today. If you haven't been, spare yourself the visit. Cold food, failure to provide hot fries the first time that I asked. As a matter of fact, tried to pass them off as just coming out of the fryer. Cashier was visibly annoyed when I called her on it and never returned to the window. Asked for lightly cooked onions on my melt that, didn't happen. To add to this experience the drive thru cashier was eating at the window. I attempted to call back and voice my concerns about the quality of food and service with, no answer. Let's be clear, there aren't any customers so there's plenty of time to answer the phone. I won't be back.

The actual food here is pretty good. Tasty fries along with their seasoning and dips. And the custards are pretty awesome. However the service here is horrendous. They're always quite a few teenagers and college kids working and it's like there's no supervision. Last time we there we got two Sundays and it took us 20 minutes to get the food. I had to remind them that my sundae has pecans on it too. This was when there were only two groups of people in the restaurant. Avoid until they get new management. Hope owners are reading reviews or corporate is, they age going to wreck the brand name.
