Used to be a regular Jimmy Johns customer and frequented this location, but after numerous horrible experiences, we will be taking the extra couple of minutes to head down to the Batavia location where the staff seems to actually care about their customers and product they sell. Mine and my husband's go to order is simple and it's somehow wrong each time. Delivery is never freaky fast. And the service from those inside, including both assistant and store managers is completely absurd. As a manager of an establishment myself, I am truly embarrassed for whom this location put on their front line. Do better.

Ordered in App - 1/3 of the drinks were wrong - bread was stale (was so hard that I could actually tap on it) - one sandwich was a favorite (extra protein) and it had 3 (yes 3) pieces of meat for $9+! Seriously wasted $33 (with delivery and tip). BEWARE - spend your hard earned $ elsewhere :(

I had to speak to the manager, Yvone, due to thinking both sandwiches being made incorrectly. Turns out only 1 sandwich was missing the bacon n I ordered the other incorrectly. My own mistake. She did hear me say I don't eat pork, so she offered to remake both sandwiches for me, keep the sandwich missing bacon, n give back the ham, n get the sandwich I intended to pick up! She so didn't have to remake my sandwich since it was totally my mistake, but was so considerate n did. Thank you Yvonne, I will definitely be returning!!

Food is fine like any other Jimmy John's. However, gotta love it when the drive-through operator handles my card and the register and fiddles with her phone while wearing sandwich line gloves, then goes back to handling the food without changing gloves. This location is either understaffed or the employees are just absent minded about food safety.

Went to the drive thru and had probably one of the best and "smiliest" (I know, not really a word, but I just made it up so it is now) experiences Ive ever had at a drive thru... and Im old.. that says a LOT!Leah was our drive thru person (I asked her name) and she seriously brightened our day. Jimmy and company... you did good with this one! You better keep her!

My order tonight was the second time in a month that I ordered a giant Vito and specifically asked for the bread to be left in. The bread was removed both times. These young kids either can't read, don't care to read, or just flat out don't care. If you have sandwiches made at this location, be sure to go in and watch them make your sandwich and it's made right. They can't seem to do it..

Guy at the window rang up our order 3 times all wrong. Overcharged the last timefor a sandwich. Then made a sandwich wrong.I called and said they will deliver a correct sandwich and cookie for the overcharge.Delivered without the cookie. Wow this world is screwd when you can't do a simple job correctly. And this was the head manager that cant work a register.This is the one off orchard in montgomery. Won't ever be back not that they care!
