Guy at the window rang up our order 3 times all wrong. Overcharged the last timefor a sandwich. Then made a sandwich wrong.I called and said they will deliver a correct sandwich and cookie for the overcharge.Delivered without the cookie. Wow this world is screwd when you can't do a simple job correctly. And this was the head manager that cant work a register.This is the one off orchard in montgomery. Won't ever be back not that they care!

Freaky slow and I watched them make sandwiches mine was a veggie I ordered and they messed it up and put turkey on it and then wrapped it up then caught that unwrapped it removed the turkey and then the rolled it back up. I would not recommend this jimmy johns. Super

Their sandwiches are really good, the bread is freshly baked and soft! We love this place far better than their competitors. Their app is super practical. Their rewards system is really nice. We frequently get free subs, cookies, or chips. The young people who tend to us are always friendly when we go to pick up. The place is clean if we want to eat in.
