I'd give a 0 if possible, the food literally made me sick, food poisoning and 2 days of vomiting and diarrhea, the food smelled terrible, i knew i was in trouble after 1 bite and I'm thankful I didn't eat more. This place should be shut down.

I went through the drive-thru at 7:00And they proceeded to tell me they were out of chicken that it would be a half hour or better wait...I then asked do you have anything ready ..they said no....i asked what time do you close? And they said 10...I said you didn't think anyone would come in between 7-10 to maybe have something ready...they said could I get you anything else?? I said he'll no and went to Popeye's where I should have gone to begin with....wont be back

After i ordered and paid for my food i asked for a receipt. He begrudgingly said he would. upon receiving my food i pulled out of the drivethru and looked at my receipt...it was someone elses!
when i got home it was not what i ordered. i looked up their phone number to discuss this with a manager . i dialed their phone number three times and it continued to ring each time until the ringing quit. Very dissappointed and still hungry...not the way to do business!!!

Ordered eight pieces of extra crispy and was appalled at having to spend almost $24, bought it anyway, chicken was soggy, only one chicken breast, only one chicken wing, I haven’t ordered KFC in a long time and I suppose this has reminded me why. Very, very disappointing, perhaps another location would be better. Avoid this one at all cost.

I asked if the combo 4 pieces they could do no thigh. I felt I was given an assurance that was fine as is the case with other KFCs with my request of no thigh.After they took my money/credit processed, later I discovered they put a thigh in the box.Had this place been more honest, it would have told me they cannot issue the order without the thigh and I would have leftand there would not have been a sale. But instead they decided to deceive me in order to get my money and put the thigh in anyway when I did not want the thigh.Now I may have to call the credit card company to dispute a partial charge and the inconvenience of this. This KFC will not even answer the phone so I could express this.
