First and only time here, all of my food was cold expect for my bowl other then that i had black grease spots on both of my sandwiches. Food was so bad it all went in the trash can. Do better guys.

Two separate times they've shorted us food. Tonight it was an entire meal deal. Last time it was the kid's meal drink (capri sun). Try to call about it and no one answers phone. Go back for the missing meal deal and they ask why I didn't call... But per same girl, the number on google is correct. Won't be back to this location

I always loved KFC but stopped buying it over 20 years ago because no matter where I bought it, it wasn't as good as when I was younger. I stopped with a friend over a year ago here and been back many times as this KFC is just like I remembered. I come here at different times and just as good. Now family members come to visit and stop at this location to take home.

This store was filthy! The manager and cook were in store ignoring customers. The lobby was nasty and sticky. We ordered $32 worth of food only to get it home and see the pot pies were old and reheated and the chicken had to be cooked that morning because when we got it this afternoon it was way past window time! Don’t waste your money because there’s a sign at the front counter saying NO REFUNDS but they will attempt to make your food right. Why would I trust them a second time? I will continue to go to the Galena location at least the food is fresh and the store is clean! DONT WATSE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON DOUGLAS!

I'd give a 0 if possible, the food literally made me sick, food poisoning and 2 days of vomiting and diarrhea, the food smelled terrible, i knew i was in trouble after 1 bite and I'm thankful I didn't eat more. This place should be shut down.
