I always loved KFC but stopped buying it over 20 years ago because no matter where I bought it, it wasn't as good as when I was younger. I stopped with a friend over a year ago here and been back many times as this KFC is just like I remembered. I come here at different times and just as good. Now family members come to visit and stop at this location to take home.

This store was filthy! The manager and cook were in store ignoring customers. The lobby was nasty and sticky. We ordered $32 worth of food only to get it home and see the pot pies were old and reheated and the chicken had to be cooked that morning because when we got it this afternoon it was way past window time! Don’t waste your money because there’s a sign at the front counter saying NO REFUNDS but they will attempt to make your food right. Why would I trust them a second time? I will continue to go to the Galena location at least the food is fresh and the store is clean! DONT WATSE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON DOUGLAS!

I'd give a 0 if possible, the food literally made me sick, food poisoning and 2 days of vomiting and diarrhea, the food smelled terrible, i knew i was in trouble after 1 bite and I'm thankful I didn't eat more. This place should be shut down.

I went through the drive-thru at 7:00And they proceeded to tell me they were out of chicken that it would be a half hour or better wait...I then asked do you have anything ready ..they said no....i asked what time do you close? And they said 10...I said you didn't think anyone would come in between 7-10 to maybe have something ready...they said could I get you anything else?? I said he'll no and went to Popeye's where I should have gone to begin with....wont be back

After i ordered and paid for my food i asked for a receipt. He begrudgingly said he would. upon receiving my food i pulled out of the drivethru and looked at my receipt...it was someone elses!
when i got home it was not what i ordered. i looked up their phone number to discuss this with a manager . i dialed their phone number three times and it continued to ring each time until the ringing quit. Very dissappointed and still hungry...not the way to do business!!!
