On January 9th I had a Reuben sandwich with a gluten-free bun at around 3:00 p.m. The place was almost empty since it was late afternoon and it was the only thing I ate that day. Needless to say, I got severe food poisoning. It's now Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. and it's finally clearing out of my system. Please check your mayonnaise. I think it's tainted

Food was great, service was good. We could do without the blaring spanish music. Some Christmas music Would've been nice. This isnt a Mexican restaurant.
There was a sizable spill that we almost slipped in of what looked like tea. Told the cashier who put a slippery while wet sign over it. We ate our dinner here but though there half a dozen workers in the back doing nothing, with maybe 5 customers in the 45 minutes we were here. It was still there when we left. And it looked like one of the managers was also taking orders. Not impressed!
We’ve eaten at other McAllisters but this one was a disappointment. The young cashier was kind but they were out of carrot cake. My side was chili but when it came, I was told they were out of crackers.
Watched a Door Dash guy check his order to discover they had forgotten something.
My sandwich was great! Lots of meat with a New Yorker. But the place is virtually empty. Maybe because it’s 8 pm or maybe the locals know this place has some issues.

My first time coming to this place and I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the service was great. I spent he day in the hospital and yhe two ladies upfront were very kind. The food was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this place! 10 stars if I could

Abysmally slow. Drive-through pick-up online order wasn't ready when I got there (well after the appointed time). Took another 10 minutes of sitting in the car to get my sandwich. Since there isn't a way to take the tip back, I'll settle for leaving a poor review.

It’s as silent as a library with no music on so you can hear all the orders, the workers talking to each other, any table conversations. The food is good, always fresh. Service is ok. I always have to wait for someone to take my order, even there’s no line. I should just order for pickup.

Our first time trying this restaurant. The sandwiches and salad were great. Only problem was they did not have a dressing I would normally have with my salad. But it was not a deal breaker. I've been known to eat a salad with no dressing. The cashier was super nice and patient with us while we decided on what we wanted. They also have great iced tea and lemonade. We will definitely be back. They also keep a clean restaurant and clean washrooms.
Food can be very good and it is always a good place to get a great variety of food. Staff has been extremely helpful and great teamwork. Everyone is trying their best and it's a nice stop to enjoy a meal.

Portions are small but food was fresh and tasty. No issues with DoorDash delivery. Potato salad is a tasty side but the images don’t represent well the size you’re going to get. Chicken Cesar wrap was good.

They got my order wrong again and I waited 10 minutes to pickup my online order as a bunch of stoned workers loiter behind the counter not even realizing I’m there. It seems like every time I order from this location at least one thing is incorrect. Also I ordered the Savanah salad and noticed that the dried cranberries are loaded for extra sugar, kinda defeats the purpose of eating a salad in my book.
