Our first time trying this restaurant. The sandwiches and salad were great. Only problem was they did not have a dressing I would normally have with my salad. But it was not a deal breaker. I've been known to eat a salad with no dressing. The cashier was super nice and patient with us while we decided on what we wanted. They also have great iced tea and lemonade. We will definitely be back. They also keep a clean restaurant and clean washrooms.

Food can be very good and it is always a good place to get a great variety of food. Staff has been extremely helpful and great teamwork. Everyone is trying their best and it's a nice stop to enjoy a meal.

Portions are small but food was fresh and tasty. No issues with DoorDash delivery. Potato salad is a tasty side but the images don’t represent well the size you’re going to get. Chicken Cesar wrap was good.

They got my order wrong again and I waited 10 minutes to pickup my online order as a bunch of stoned workers loiter behind the counter not even realizing I’m there. It seems like every time I order from this location at least one thing is incorrect. Also I ordered the Savanah salad and noticed that the dried cranberries are loaded for extra sugar, kinda defeats the purpose of eating a salad in my book.

The Montgomery location does not do a good job representing the McAlister's brand. Service is terrible... employees not friendly. Got the Four Cheese Melt had ONE slice of cheese & bread was hard around the edges. I come here every Saturday & the food has gotten progressively worse. This will be my last visit to this location. I really like McAlister's but stay away from Montgomery location if you want good food & service.

The food was okay the serves was so bad they forgot the drinks and we waited like 20m to get our food the place was clean
This location is horrible, I went 12.7.24 and the service was horrible. My food was made incorrectly and once I asked for it to be redone it took an additional 20 minutes, I asked for a refund and the manager stated he couldn’t give me one. My family left and won’t be returning. There were at least 10 people working in the kitchen and two on registers so not sure what the issue was. The staff in the kitchen were playing in their hair as they were preparing food, discussing how they needed money and one even stated they should go ask th customers in the waiting area for money.

The spear on the outside of the building doesn’t work, after pulling up to the drive through window and sitting for 4 minutes I decided to finally go inside since it seemed like no one was working, only to be told “oh yeah the speaker doesn’t work” common sense / critical thinking would usually amount to maybe putting a sign “speaker broken please pull up” but then you also have to get attentive employees that’s the second half of that one, do better.
We had the New Yorker sandwich, spud with cheese and chili....great food ! The spud is football sized, more than 1 person could likely eat !
