Food is very fresh and unexpectedly you get a lot for your money. The Ruben is my favorite sandwich here with the salt and vinegar kettle chips. But the king club, the Memphian Sub and the broccoli and cheddar soup is also really good.

I ordered a salad with ultimate nachos on march 20th 2024. What I got was nachos without the ground beef meat it shows. Then I actually blew my toilet out the park bc all I ate was the salad. Bc my nachos had no beef.

Went for St. Patricks day to get a corned beef sandwich but to our surprise they don't have one. Had to order the rueben without saurcrout. Also had the tomato bisque soup but found it very thin and watered down. The sandwich was very tasty and had a generous portion of meat. The people were very friendly and helpful. I would probably try them again just to explore other items on the menu.

McAlister’s - your business model doesn’t work. It took 15 minutes to get a sandwich. I waited with other patrons on my short lunch break. I think you need to revisit whether a drive through is necessary. It certainly slows down the process. Also, place garbage cans strategically throughout your establishment. We are smart enough to bus our own tables, this might free up employee time in preparing food.

Got food poisoning from here. Called and spoke with the manager who immediately became rude to me and told me I couldn't prove it. She never even asked what I ate, so beware of eating here if you dont want to vomit continuously for hours.

A month ago I went. I order food 2 hrs to get my food ask for manager the kid on register just laughed and said i don't know where she went. Every I went there is a completely joke service sucks that's for sure never again will go to a McAllister
They are not clear/honest about what sides come with a sandwich. They charge an exorbitant fee for sides. The Mac and cheese is absolutely disgusting. The noodles were so overcooked I could spread them with a knife and they were super salty and had a tannish dull color. You play the wrong kind of music and at a decibel that is far too loud. And the music from the back of the house is different and just as loud. It’s like dueling bar music. You will not get anymore of my money.

The people here are Amazing. Always like the upfront service is absolutely just the coolest group of people super laid-back and friendly and really efficient. Genuinely, excellent customer service.Just one… Minor… Thing. Around the time the soap changed from the pink soap to something else in the women’s bathroom, the women’s restroom smells really strongly of perfume. It’s overboard. I know it’s just the air freshener, but man… it is way too strong. Sorry! I just hope you can change it back because before it smelled kinda awesome all the way down the hall and now I can’t breathe in there.Again, overall love for McAlister’s!!Vegetarian options: SaladsParking: Always plenty even when they are packed
