Multiple times have messed up my order and I’ve had to go back in. This time I ordered a dinner box. They told me they were out of the dinner box, but this would do. By the looks of it , and by the pizza being cold, I think they accidentally made a medium pizza and improvised it off to me. Had to go back in to get my extra garlic sauce, and they commented they knew my order was correct, so they didn’t know why I was coming back. They have a sign on the side of the register that says talk to a manager if your receipt isn’t signed for quality control ( or something to that degree) wish I would’ve went back in as my order was rough. Will likely look elsewhere rather than go to this one again

Dietary restrictions: Double check your order before you leave because they don't pay attention to allergies of what is actually ordered, and they won't apologize for it either way!

I Would give this Pizza Hut 5 Stars but I cannot due to a few reasons.
1. THIS LOCATION dose NOT have delivery drivers and delivers food through door dash ect.
2. The Drinks are in a cooler to the right that YOU have to remember to GRAB YOURSELF so delivery people often forget drinks with the order.
3. This location has forgotten a Side or Dessert with orders so make sure you check.
Other than that I've only had 1 issue with a pizza. There pizza is always Delicious, Hot, and Faster than the ETA given, 90% of there Staff is amazing. I've always done take out during all Hours of the day. I Hope This Helps.
Parking: Located in a strip of shared parking but normally no parking issues.
Wheelchair accessibility: The DOOR is a MANUAL PUSH / PULL DOOR!!! The ramp is to the far right side next to the handicap parking space. Pizza hut is the 2nd establishment.
I used to love Pizza Hut stuffed crust pepperoni pizza as a kid. Tried to go down memory lane. Never again with this place. The service was good. Guy behind the computer was nice. Place is clean. Pizza sucks. Holy cow. The crust was hard and flat.. pepperoni had a style texture. I ate a couple pieces and just threw it out. I can usually stomach some bad pizzas and just eat til I'm full.. not this. Just terrible

They cut my pizza in the most insane way. I’ve never received a pizza mangled like this from anywhere. On top of that my other pizza was sitting in a pool of grease and the breadsticks were bone dry.

Ordered through UberEats from this Pizza Hut & they restaurant failed to give the driver the 2nd half of our order. No compensation was given either when I called the restaurant. As a restaurant owner myself, I'm extremely disappointed. Will not be back again. Pizza and pasta were cold.

Wow the customer service I would give a 0 , so they mess up on our order and the female wants to be rude gave me a store credit for 12 bucks without taxes and not even make the order again. Said I was fighting with her , just wanted to show her that I didn't order that pizza with those toppings. She wasn't hearing it. If u don't like your job then quit and then she wants to come out the pizza hut like she gonna fight lol. Am too grown for that !! What ever people say to u , keep your cool your at work , be professional !! Worst customer service hands down ? !! I will never go to this pizza hut again in my life .. Don't even want to give me her name so I can call corrupt on her !! Also can't give the name of the general manager that's gonna call me !! Supposedly she was a manager on duty and couldn't give me cash what I paid with. Not good management I would say !! They already redid my order once & you're upset with the customer ..

I don’t leave reviews but pizza was absolutely disgusting. Asked for well done pizza & got under cooked dough & unmelted cheese.They replaced order to provide a pizza lacking cheese & mostly sauce. So threw out the second order as inedible as well!!And to top it off it cost me $53 for 1 large pizza a a personal pan that I ended up throwing out. I wished I saw reviews before I ordered.Save your money and don’t go to this location!!
