BUYER BEWARE.. if you order from here, pay attention to your credit card statement afterward. I placed a carryout order from here online in June and the credit card charge was revised to add a few extra dollars to the bill days later, as if someone added themselves an unauthorized tip. I figured I'd try it again this week, and sure enough, same thing happened. When I placed the order it came through on the credit card for $35.47. A few days later, the charge now posted on my credit card is for $39.01. This is fraud. I submitted feedback to them before and was assured this would be addressed and I would receive a credit (never did). Since that didn't work, I figured I better warn others.

I ordered ahead to get pizzas at dinner time. The pizzas were cold and the bread sticks hard as a rock. When I tried to call the store they would not answer. Very disappointed in the pizza and the service.

Ordered the new flatbread pizza and the name is perfect bc when my order arrived all of the boxes were smashed to the point the pizza was falling out of it. The taste was ok I didn’t get any flavor from the hot chicken pizza. Honestly the wings were the best part! Garlic Parmesan sauce with the wings was good. Didn’t rate the atmosphere as I ordered delivery. My cats loved the smashed up boxes. They wanted me to say thanks for that

Well, since they booted the two guys who were always there doing all of the work, the next 4-5 person staff cannot seem to make the pizzas right. They do not know one crust from the other, they do not get the ingredients right. Seems they're just giving you what they feel like making and not what you order. The first time I let it slide, the second time the screw up was so bad that i had to report it, not in a rude way, and didn't feel it was worth responding or making right. No wonder Pizza Hut is going extinct. Let me know why you hire those two guys back and the rest of you go work at McD.

I love the deals. The staff is welcoming. The food is done right when I arrive to pick up. Pizza Hut has always had a taste all it's own, and I like it. Wings are a bonus!

This place is run by teenagers who don’t follow sanitary practices. We didn’t see a single employee wear gloves when handling food.
They made us wait 45 minutes for our order after we showed up at the pickup time. And our pizza still ended up being undercooked. The dough was still raw on the top.
Our experience at this restaurant completely turned us off. We won’t be having Pizza Hut again for a long time, perhaps ever. 🤮

We had to go in to pick up the order because we had guests over. This is not professional. I had read the reviews but not got the experience firsthand.

The pizza staff was preparing food without wearing gloves, and then used their phone right afterward. Phones are known to carry a high number of germs. I strongly recommend avoiding this place!

Ordered $50 of the most disgusting food I’ve ever had.
Alfredo was buttered noodles, no sauce at all. Hand tossed Pizza - asked for extra sauce, there was no sauce and extremely thin and dry. Cheese bread and regular breadsticks are dry and thin. Pan pizza was missing sausage. Only good thing was the wings but a piece of clear plastic was found in the container.
