Our server couldn’t handle the simplest of typical server tasks. The food was subpar. Waited for soup because it was “out” and then it wasn’t even warm when it was served. Cute restaurant and location on the river. It could be a great destination.

Over priced food.Food was coldFood was not cooked all the way.The food is below par for the Extremely high cost of their basic meals.If you are a family I highly don't recommend this place. Or if you are single mom this place is is extremely expensive for basic food you can get at Dennys ihope or double yoke.Management didn't care about my complaints since when I told the cashiers my Food wasn't cooked all the way she just didn't care.Bills says Martin but a female was the cashier.I'll never recommend this place to anyone. Can't even cook eggs all the way.

it's a nice diner and it's pretty comfortable. The food is not flavorful but it's also not completely bland, so if you're into that it makes nice for breakfast. i went once but i wasn't amazed i haven't gone back but ill probably give it another go. servers were nice

Good place. The staff is friendly and swift and glad to see you. Prices are pretty good and the menu has a lot of variety. The food is great and relatively large portions. Overall, I recommend this place. Nice view of the Fox River as well.

Riverview Diner is a great place for a simple family meal. The menu is extensive, typical American cuisine. It is family-friendly. The service is always great and the food is always delicious!!

Outrageous breakfast bill totaling $70 (not including tip). For the quality of food we were expecting it to be around $30-40 with 2 young kids under 5 and 2 adults. Honestly, if you’re going to pay for these prices, go somewhere else. A quick drive to Harner’s about 15ish minutes and you’ll pay wayyyy less for food that tastes fresher and with a more creativity. Even a higher-end breakfast joint in Geneva that we frequent will never total this amount of money. I’m not sure what it was, the high cost for the kids meals or the high cost of the orange juice? I just don’t want anyone to be surprised. People who work hard don’t need to be scammed like this.
