This was my first time ordering from this place, at first it started off good. A lady answered the phone and she was very nice, she proceeded to take my order and I never got the full price of how much everything was going to be charged, but she did take my card info, I wanted to tell her what time I wanted my food to be delivered since I wasn’t ready to receive it yet, but before I got the chance, a man Started speaking to me, saying OK we’ll have your order now. Goodbye.. Making me feel rushed, not knowing exactly what was going on other than he wanted me to be done and to hang up already.. I felt like this was very rude and disrespectful, I didn’t even know who he was, I can only assume that he was probably the manager, but just the disrespect was despicable. I never ordered from here before, but I can say now after that disrespect I will never order here again.. I kept trying to talk to him about the time that I would like my food to be delivered, but he kept talking over me again and again.. He kept saying goodbye and that the lady had to go and that she was busy.. And I understand that Rosati’s could be busy, but it doesn’t mean you have to push your customers away and not finish the order correctly.. I got charged by my card without knowing the full amount so I had to look at my bank to know how much they charged me, And even though the food arrived at the time I wanted was still very angry about the disrespect I’ve gotten Leaving a bitter taste in my mouth while eating my lunch.. if you guys are looking to eat somewhere where they respect their customers please do not eat here, Because all they care about is your money and for you to hurry up and go away. I wish I got the man’s name so I can call him out to watch out for, but sadly I didn’t. I was just too in shock of the disrespect I got out of the nowhere.

Ordered a medium pizza. I get it home and it must have had 4 whole green peppers covering it and barely any cheese. It was like eating the peppers all by themselves! It wasn’t how they sliced them, it’s how many they used! 29.00 for a medium green pepper! Hire real pizza makers.. oh yea.. Modela cans lying in the ground outside your business! Terrible

This Rosati’s makes excellent thin crust pizza. I always order the thin crust sausage and pepperoni for tv fight nights on Fridays and Saturdays and they a ev always consistent. The sausage they use is real Italian sausage not baked stuff from the freezer and it’s always cooked perfectly. They’ve never gotten an order wrong.

Pizza was hot but unfortunately not worth even close to the 30 bucks. I got a 16 inch pepperoni and it's just OK. I'll be honest, the 16 inch pepperoni at sams for 9 bucks gives this pizza a run for it's money specially if you get it right out the oven.

I should have checked my pizza before putting it in my car for later. This time burned up and not what i ordered. Played phone tag with the other person on the other end explaining not what I had ordered the next day due to closing after I discovered the wrong pizza. Burned up 24.00 and stuck with garbage. I just stopped talking and told her to have a great day. Never will I sleep on Rosati garbage again . Old pizza someone else didn't want, but I got stuck with it. I just ordered a pizza to have it delivered. When I paid for it online, I chose not to tip at that time, because I hadn't experienced the service. My pizza showed up at my door, and I asked the guy, Josh , if I could see the pizza before tipping. I asked him " Isn't it a little weird to ask for a tip before you see the service you get?" He said " " I don't care, I didn't make it". I looked at the pizza ,thought it, looked good, and offered him a generous tip. He said " I don't care, I didn't make it. You want this back? " I said no...share it. So if you get Josh as your delivery ...don't bother tipping... . He doesn't care or need it. He was driving a really snazzy white Subaru SUV. 'Parently he's independently wealthy.

4% Credit Card fee? I've been coming here for over a decade but will never come here again. 4% CC fee is insane when no merchants charge 4% anyways (I own a company and take credit cards myself. Trust me on this). Also they added a giant designated victim zone sign (no pew pew sign) so us law abiding IL conceal carry license holders cannot carry here any more.... you don't really thing that sign will stop another shooting here do you? Get real and get a grip. Remove that silly sign and the CC fee and I'll turn this review into a 5 star review as the food is VERY good!!!
Usually when I go here the food is good. But I just ordered a small pizza and breadsticks to be delivered and the food couldn't be any worse. The pizza is overloaded with toppings with barely any cheese and looks nothing like the photo. The breadsticks were very undercooked and pretty doughy still. Not sure if I'll come back here ever again.

Ordered 2 small pizzas, website said it would take 20 minutes so we got there on time and they still weren't done. Ended up waiting another 30 minutes inside...so in total almost an hour. I'd understand if the employees were busy and running around getting orders done but they were literally just sitting there talking to each other and not doing anything.
