This is the worse service I’ve gotten in a long time I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries in the drive through after paying I waited at the window for damn near 30 minutes because the two young ladies were goofing around and swearing at each other which was very unprofessional and when I finally got my food the fries were cold and burger was warm unbelievable needless to say I’ll never come back to this location.
What the hell is the transaction fee for Sonic? Is it in exchange for the privilege to spend my money for overpriced food?!?!

The worst experience I’ve had. There was one car ahead of me already at the window. It took 8 minutes before my order to be taken, having to repeat myself (2 double cheeseburgers) three times. After pulling up, behind the car at the window I waited and additional 5 minutes for the customer to receive their order which appeared to be 2 beverages. Waited 2 minutes to be acknowledged and my cash handed, then received my change. Waited another 4 minutes for my food. All the stalls were empty, only cars at the drive thru. After getting my food, the drive thru line was backed up with 4 cars waiting to get to the speaker. It’s supposedly “fast food” and there only being one car at the window I would have hoped it not to take 20 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers. I won’t be going back.
they gave me a snickers shake instead of oreo cheesecake like i ordered :( i didn't realize until i had left because the whip cream was covering it. it was an upcharge for the oreo cheesecake too i was very disappointed

We drove 20 minutes to this Sonic as it’s the closest to us for the BOGO footlong coney. After waiting 10 minutes to have our order taken we decided to get into the drive thru line. We waited about 5 minutes to have our order taken and were told they were out of the ingredients to make the offered special. This will be our last trip to Sonic.
Always a long wait for food.
