The old staff before remodeling was very nice. But the new staff was not professional and all of the them have attitude. I make an order for more thank 50$ and I make by mistake medium coffee instead of large. And when I ask one of them she told me I can’t you have to pay the difference then when I go to pay the difference all about some cents in a big order and another one told me I cannot. I have to refund you the medium one and charge you for the large. Then she take the medium one too. really iam surprised. Iam a daily customer but this guys was so mean and I will not go there again

They renew this location, it looks much better. The guy who took our order was really nice he drew a funny picture on my daughter’s cup. I didn’t get his name but he was definitely nice.!

The Venti was extremely too hot. I know tea is hot, however according to a former batista there's a EXTRA HOT button on the steamer. The Grande is missing the cranberries in said cranberry refresher. If this is how a customer is treated close to closing time, maybe you should find another line of work.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AT THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I walked in and I walked out empty handed.The place is clean but the employees are mute…No greeting, No Friendly faces to look at and such an awkward stares with no type of approach.Why are most businesses hiring people who are not putting an effort to their community? Why are you guys getting paid to hand orders with no human interactions? Especially from a coffee place which supposed to be full of energy. What is the purpose of going to work everyday with no positive contribution on Earth.Sad Country.Everyone don’t want to go extra mile to brighten other people’s day but just to collect paycheck.
