Changed the total when I got to window. I asked for 1 shot of ristretto and the man repeated that. When I got to the window they changed it to three shots?! It was originally $6.55 and now it’s $7.90. The lady in the windows is having a hard time figuring this out and understanding it so I just bit the bullet and left.

As soon as you step inside, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee tantalizes your senses and a beaming smile welcomes you by your name! You can't help but feel thrilled and energized. "Thanks for dropping by, see you soon!" - the friendly voice echoes in your mind, already making you eager to come back for more.

I always like to go back the Montgomery Starbucks.The salespeople listen to what I order and do it what I want.As most Starbucks don’t, they don’t listen to the customer’s and do the order their way.Starbucks coffee is not cheep and that’s why I like it when it’s make to what I order .And that’s why I come back to Montgomery with the feeling, that I will have coffee to my taste.

Mobile order picked up by my husband, cup felt lighter so I take of the lid and see my drink is filled Less than full. I get a measuring cup and I have about 10.5 oz of drink in a 16 oz cup (grande) I call the store and the associate tells me they are understaffed. I get it and they are tired and it’s Black Friday but it does not justify the less than what you pay for drink. She offered to have us go back and remake the drink but the distance and traffic are not worth it. So she asked I call the 800 number. I called and I was refunded back for my drink.

I don't know who does the ordering for this store, but they are failing big time. 7 of the last 10 times I've gone they're out of oat milk. Done with this Starbucks.

Updated - service and staffing had improved significantly over the past several months, back to being the best in the area! Parking can be rough during busy times.(old review) The speed of this one is pretty slow and the mobile ordering is constantly down. Pretty frustrating!!

I don't know if i should even put a review. Unbelievable. I mobile ordered 3 drinks yesterday 5/21. On the app it was estimated time 6-10 minutes. Once i got the notification from the app that my mobile order was ready, i went to this location to pick them up. I looked for my order so i asked where it was. The associate said "unfortunately we are so backed up with orders and the drive thru is wrapped around the entire building, it will be at least 30-40 minute wait bc of how many orders are coming in"... Like I understand but of thats the case, shut down the mobile ordering . I walked out with no drink, not only that, i lost $21.84.... Place wasn't even short staffed, there was a few associates standing by the back door talking, not even helping.... Ridiculous

Had to wait 45 minutes for a tall refresher due to high number of mobile orders that no one would even come to pick up. It was ridiculous to be waiting that long for one drink.When i finally asked about my order, they didn’t even have it in their system and had to make it on the spot due to carelessness. It was rushed and such a terrible experience.

Only reason for 3 stars is because the staff are always super friendly.I order the same exact thing every day, for some reason it’s only made right like 4/10 times. For the amount of money I spend at this location that’s ridiculous

Filthy at 5am. Chairs ripped and dirty, too. Staff unfriendly and drinks mediocre. Clean it up, Starbucks!
