The young lady in the drive/thru just gave me stale tacos and a Pepsi that was poured into the container at least more than an hour ago because the ice had melted and the gas was gone. it tasted terrible and I had to throw it away. She was a young lady who served. Taco Bell has to pay attention to this location. The other Taco Bell on Lake Street which is in Aurora is okay but this one needs improvement.

Manager was rude on the phone I placed my order through door dash and when I placed my order I had to add to it and when I received my order I was not complete because they forgot my mild sauce for my tacos and like I said earlier the manager was rude on the phone and even though he was five minutes away from my location he couldn’t leave his other employee alone for less than 2-5 minutes to bring them to me I will never order from there again

Sadly, yet another "service" establishment that discourages human interaction until you're at the final point of sale - even we wentvin to request carry-out. Customers primarily enter orders on a kiosk to be fulfilled by employees after payment. The only way to get assistance is to get someone's attention from workers tending to the drive-thru or prepping food bags, which seems like you're interrupting them (need I mention more than one had a cellphone in hand?). Our meals were messed up because what we thought were "Add-ons" that we wanted as additional sides were placed inside the entrees. We requested extra nacho fries with cheese sauce. When we cwent back in to request the missing items, we were told, "You didn't order sides: it was put on the tacos" ... all three of them!?!
