At first I thought the name of this place was Mr. Shark's Chicken & Fish. So I drove to the Montgomery area to find that but could not though I had the address and was close. So I drove across the street and called. I asked where was "Mr. Shark's" located and the worker maybe owner told me it was called Chicken Coop. So I said maybe I passed it. So I thought I would just put in an order to pick up quickly since I was just across the street. The person said he would have to take my payment over the phone or could not place the order. I thought that there was some lack of trust of the customer so I just said I would go to the real Shark's in Aurora or Baba's.Anyway, I thought I would give this place another chance. So I drove back across the street to place my order directly in the store to pay right there. I entered and explained my confusion about the name Mr. Sharks as it was still listed on google with the same phone number. So I said I wanted to order the 10 wings and had my credit card in my hand. The owner told something about the order had to be placed and a credit card used over the phone or something. So I said so you do not trust the customer? The person working there said yes he does not trust the customer. I said I am here (to place the order and pay). He seemed hostile (maybe because of what other customers may have done in the past and projected that onto me) so I again just proceeded to exit tell him I will just go to Shark's or Baba's. Maybe certain customers (attributes) he did not trust? It is unfortunate because they could have made a sale.This place seems awful. It seems shady too if it wants to take credit card numbers over the phone only to place an order. That does not seem secure with identity theft and all. Also it still shows up as Mr. Shark's causing some confusion with the Real Shark's. Maybe Shark's Chicken and Fish can investigate any type of trademark infringement.I would not recommend this place as it did not even give me the chance to patronize it even when I showed up in person and the person said to my face he did not trust the customer. I regret wasting my gas to even drive here just to try something different and new.

Catfish nuggets were fried cat Skin ! No meat just skin and bone ! Wings cheap meatless garbage . Received this order no sauces ! Second time ordering and again disappointed. 2 stars since shrimp were ok and fries were few but way more meat than catfish and wings

First off I didn't know it was inside a store that sold everything from bongs, clothing, purses t-shirts to junk food. Secondly, the chicken wings were so small 6 wings wouldn't fill up my 15 year old son. Won't be back! Didn't have any flavor either. I'll stick to what I know and that's not it!
Hidden Gem!! Best fried chicken I’ve had in quite some time. We have had the chicken several times and it’s consistent every time. We are now regular customers. Can call ahead and order for pickup or go in and place your order. Other menu items are great also however, we mainly order chicken!! I’m happy we found them!!!

Chicken was dry and so was the fish. My red flag was no one was in the restaurant/store but I gave them a try anyway. Very disappointing!

I was Born and raised on the south side of Chicago so I definitely no chicken been in the burbs a couple years and the chicken places out here suck? but these wings were on point fried good and no feathers in my chicken yeah price was high but of course there is a national wing shortage.. as long as the chicken stays like this I'll be back

Delicious is an understatement. So far everything on the menu that I have tried has been great! Chicken tenders are must. Jumbo Shrimp, catfish are fantastic.

The food is hot and amazingly delicious. The owner is so kind and friendly. We have been there twice in one week. Both times we had the chicken gizzards, fried fish, and chicken wings. This is now our go to place!! Be careful you don't miss it. . We drove around for about five minutes until we looked closely at the sign above the door. It's inside of a convenience store.
