The food is good but the customer service is horrible. The employees hate you, will visit a different location

Smoothies are extremely good, and service is decently quick, though can take some amount of time. The interior itself is extremely clean and a lot of the employees here have been friendly towards me!

Great food. Kinda cranky employees to be honest. When greeted, "Hi. How can I help you". Very monotone. Reminds me of Squidward from SpongeBob Square pants. Very short in replies to. No genuine smiles. Like hate their job.
Makes me feel I'm annoying them when I come to order food and they don't want me to be there.

Some of the best smoothies I've tasted from any place other than my own in a long time! The food they have there is exclusive really good tastes and anything with bacon and avocados in it is delicious

I ordered through their app. I understand it was confusing because I did two orders and two different addresses to be delivered to. One was for my husband that was at work the other order was for myself at home. My husband ended up getting both of the orders at work. The store called me to ask me if I had received my order (I think realizing the confusion) and I explained the situation. The girl was very nice about it and said they were going to remake it and send it out. Although it clearly was a mistake and I completely understand confusing I really appreciated them sending it out again to get it to me! I for sure thought I was out of luck. Most places would not have done this. A++ to this store. I appreciate you! We will definitely be back

I'm here to comment about the service from one particular employee at this location. I don't know his name but he's a yt guy, skinny, with glasses. He worked on 6/8 around 11:30a.
I pre ordered my smoothie on the app, got to the store, I let him know I had a pre order & he said "it just came through, it'll take a moment" - ok cool no problem. Then when he went to give me the smoothies, there was a fly that came through the window and I guess he freaked out and started to rush me as I was asking him to scan my barcode so I could get the points. He proceeds to say "oh, you already paid" and I said "I know, I just want you to scan this so I can get my points" and he restated the same thing still focusing on the fly while rushing me on..... so I drove off (upset).
He was so occupied with that little ahhs fly that he didn't full explain that if you paid through the app, your points will appear but he didn't. This isn't the first time I've been there and I didn't feel rushed by him. If I don't order ahead and go through the drive thru instead, he asks "is that all?" after everything you order making the experience feel rushed.
The first few times I let it slide, but this last encounter was enough. My friend was in the car with me and they too felt like that was rude of him. I work in customer service so I know that all could of been avoided.
3 stars because the smoothies are actually made VERY good, but he just ruins it whenever I come.

Today I stopped by for an açaí bowl. After my purchase I asked if I could get a cup of water and I was told they don’t give out cups of water, they only hv bottles. I said oh it wasn’t an issue Thursday when I was here. After paying $12 for a bowl I couldn’t even receive a cup of water. This was my 4th time here this week. I’ve never been denied a cup of water. I won’t be back. I’ve spent too much money this week alone to be denied a cup of water.

I’m giving this place a somewhat good review. For starters, food & smoothies are amazing. Clean restaurant. But a specific person who works here is absolutely disrespectful… I have an issue with her. I don’t know her name but she is the one who is always at the pick up window in the drive thru. She is tall with really long black/brown hair. I ordered my usual at the speaker and once I was done I went up to the next window. This girl for one was making the nastiest face. And for 2, I went to pay and I put a tip on the screen like I normally do. Once I paid fully, she handed me the receipt and had said, that’s all you’re going to tip? I said what do you mean, I’m paying $16 for a meal and tipped you $2. This place is already kinda expensive as it is and i rarely come here. And she goes, well if you have a problem with tipping you should not order food. I go excuse me? So then, she hands me my food almost throwing it and I said you’re very rude and disrespectful.This girl either needs a wake up call for her boss or this company needs better people.
