Entered a mobile order, then left my house 6 minutes away. Got there and was told, at the drive thru, that I must have ordered from a different location. When I went inside they told me they did have the order. I waited while the drive thru cleared through 11 cars until they got my 2 biggie bag meals ready????? Unacceptable Wendy, get it together.

Well My first time at this location and probably my last... For a 33 dollar order i got 3 room temperature Fry's and 2 bacon cheese burgers that was room temperature also and the 3rd one i never got. Wow really... Called the store when i got home was told by a night manager that they could give me one on next visit as if I'm not hungry now and I suppose they think i want to come back..

I mean it's fast food so it's there when you want it. Tried coming here around 6am couple times to get breakfast before work myself but the wait takes 10 minutes for undercooked food which makes no sense. So now I just make my own breakfast burritos.
Came to this location at 11:30pm - doubtful if we should purchase food at this hour since we've had bad experiences at other fast food places (not necessarily Wendy's) late at night. I was expecting subpar customer service and food. I was delightfully disappointed as soon as I was greeted at the drive-thru intercom. My order was taken very promptly, kindly, and attentively. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name but he was a young man with long hair working the drive thru window. Got home and food was hot, and not old. Will come back again!

Ew.ew.ew. just came here for the first time and this will be the last. The fries are OLD and I mean like old old, like cardboard old. Wow. The burger was dry, everything was cold. I live 5 minutes away. Oh my goodness I am so grossed out by everything. I will be driving way out of the way to go to a different one. Also when I got to the window the drive thru lady had her back turned to me and was talking to someone about how annoyed she was about working 30 hours this week and didn't want to next week while my food was sitting there. I sat for about a minute before she finally turned around. I did not receive a receipt otherwise I would be sending a message to corporate or whatever.
