If I could give this a zero I would. their customer service is absolutely unacceptable, they have rude teenagers working there who have no curtesy to even say hi or hello. I’ve ordered here several times and my order is always wrong and cold. I wound NEVER EVER recommend anyone to eat here.

Every time I go to this wendys my order is missing something. Spend the extra time and go to the one off of eola to save your money.
Would love to leave a review for food but I can't, I walked in at 8am to what appeared to be an abandoned restaurant, I was able to freely walk around and could even have gotten into the back and did not see a single employee there. Really odd. Maybe it's a new high concept fast food restaurant where you have to ring up your own order then cook your own food?

Be aware! You will have to wait approximately 20 minutes for your food. This happens all the time and here I am once again thinking this will be better smh. Nope, this is the final straw. I will NEVER come back to this location. Everyone is just standing around laughing. I should have taken a picture.

Entered a mobile order, then left my house 6 minutes away. Got there and was told, at the drive thru, that I must have ordered from a different location. When I went inside they told me they did have the order. I waited while the drive thru cleared through 11 cars until they got my 2 biggie bag meals ready????? Unacceptable Wendy, get it together.
