Friendly staff and fast service

Food is okay, generic for a fast food restaurant. Last time I was there the temperature of the place was way too cold for the weather outside.

They forgot our fries so we had to go back around only to get home after a long night and unwrap everything and realize they screwed up our entire order. We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and we got 1 chicken sandwiches and 2 cheeseburgers. They had also forgotten our chicken nuggets and threw in spicy ones that we did not order and did not eat. There was only one other person ordering food. They were not busy, this was just laziness.

I ordered a cobb salad. They really put an OPEN pack of onions, with just one onion in my bag dude. Like someone got hungry, ate the crispy onios, and put their trash in my bag lol . The service here always sucks. This is just the cherry on top. Im concerned they put already packs open food in my bag with out stopping for a sec, who is to say my salad wasn't messed with and opened after packing and tampered with as well

It's been my experience that every employee I've had the displeasure of interacting with has been disrespectful & impolite. I've come at different times of day, different days of the week, and the poor attitudes have been consistent. I work in the service industry, so I go out of my way to be kind to fellow restaurant workers, but no matter how kind I am, it's always met with impudence at this location. I hope management can sit the staff down and give them a crash course in proper customer service & professionalism.

Came in from out of town and wanted a quick bite to eat so I went through the drive through. Lady at speaker said “what do you want” no hello welcome to Wendy’s how can I help you? Just a plain and simple what do you want. Then when I was done ordering she told me to pull up not giving me a price. So I pulled around and she then told me how much it was. Gave her my money and then she tossed the bag of food into my truck and closed the window. Absolutely horrible customer service. Definitely won’t ever return to this location again.

absolutely disgusting! avoid this location at all cost had piece of string off someone’s hoodie right on top of my cheese frys i saw it without even taking off the lid! lost my appetite and had to ask for an apology all they could offer was a replacement why wouldn’t i want food from here ever again! ?

I just had a very unwelcoming experience! I was handed only part of my order at first, after which I politely & expeditiously explained that I was missing an item, an employee then yelled “oh my god theyre STILL here?!”. I work customer service I know it’s extremely stressful, I’ve worked in a drive-thru I know there’s pressure to keep times down and whatever else, but that was so uncalled for and was absolutely not the vibe or the way to handle that situation when it wasn’t my fault at all that I was “STILL” there.
