They messed up my order for a delivery and never replaced it after they messed it up went to sleep that night waiting for a hour for them to tell me they won’t be the replacement food awful service absolutely the worst experience I had

The service in person was lacking and this was the first bite of my food and the chicken was raw. This completely turned my stomach and couldn't even enjoy the rest of my meal.

We ordered Wingstop and had it delivered, we ordered seasoned fries that had little to no seasoning on them that’s not the bad part though what was upsetting and made our stomachs hurt was the amount of grease on our DRY RUB seasoned chicken a dry rub should be dry mostly and the fact that it was this wet from grease/oil is insane we tried to eat it but unfortunately decided we couldn’t force ourselves to finish.!

This place is honestly horrible. If you have the chance to go somewhere else do it. Our order took 1 hour to come out when we ordered there because for some reason they forgot to put it in. Another time when I got ordered online they forgot to give me ranch. Who forgets ranch at WINGSTOP??

I had to wait 10 minutes after getting there 5 minutes past pickup. The wings were the smallest driest wings I have had in my life. It was more like wing jerky. The fries were gross, soggy and sweet somehow. I will never go to Wingstop again.

Always wanted to try here and although I was disappointed it was because I had my expectations too high
Wings were good fair amount of sauce and fair size
Biggest problem was the fries. I hate this style of fries very greasy which is not anyone's fault
Workers were very nice and the place was clean with nice bathrooms. Would recommend just not as good as I expected

NEGATIVE STARS !!! JUST HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! STRAIGHT DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I should have read the recent reviews and chose a different location. Kelvin the very rude manager needs training on customer service and should know to never hang up on a paying customer when they're incompetent employees makes tje order wrong! I will never do business with this location ever. So unprofessional and clearly this has been an ongoing issue.

My daughter ordered 20 wings with fries. They gave us one ranch and when I very nicely asked if we could get another one they said only one was ordered. I even explained my daughter placed the order and probably didn't realize she had to select more. 1 ranch for 20 traditional wings is obviously not enough I was speaking with Alfonso Rodriguez who could care less and than proceeded to call over Mimi who also cared even less! These staff members had no care in the world I only asked for 1 more ranch sauce and they refused to give it to me stating we can only give what's on the ticket when the ticket shows ranch it doesn't even show a number. Super disappointing service they offered especially for something so little as 1 ranch sauce.
