It used to be you could get a 10 piece lunch combo for $11 now it's $16 for the same lunch combo.
It's wingstop, always packed full in the evenings. Never had anything wrong with my order, good by me!

the girls who are working at the shift at this time : 10/09/25 around 10pm suck! all they do is mess up orders everytime i order here and they always have an attitude for no reason! why work here if you can’t do the job right just because ur miserable don’t take it out on us !

Probably one of the greasiest places around. My bag was dripping by the time I brought my food home, and my wings were practically swimming. They also don’t know how to do the hot honey rub right. You’re better off going to the wingstop on Orchard, even if it’s a little out of the way. They’ll at least show you that there’s some good in wingstop brand.

I don't understand why this is so difficult for them to understand. If I get 20 wings. And the flavors range from atomic to plain. WHY WOULD YOU PUT THEM ALL IN THE SAME BOX? Especially after it was specifically requested that you don't.
Not only should it be common sense. But it was requested. Also upon arrival employees were visibly annoyed that they had to stop playing on their phones and actually work. 100% will not be back to this location. Which is upsetting because I generally really like wingstop.

Nothing more unprofessional than walking in and waiting til the cashier is off her phone to get service. Place a mobile order and it easily takes 45 to an hour...

Placed an order for pick up of over $80. I was charged for this order but they couldn’t see the details of my order. I waited over 45 minutes to be told that I had to pay for my order again and wait 5 days for a reimbursement. While the staff were nice and polite I am very disappointed at the management on the phone and the wing stop corporation for technical difficulties and not working with the customer for a mistake on their end. They expected me to pay over $160 for an order because of their mistake and wait for a reimbursement. I have ordered from them many times with few mistakes here and there but this time they really messed up.

The mango habanero wings were killer, and the service was awesome! Food came out fast, too. I'll totally be back for lunch more often.

I came in around 6 p.m. and ordered 25 well-done wings, which I get regularly and know takes 15–20 minutes. I stepped out to my car for about 10 minutes, came back, and the wings were already done—and cold. When I called to explain they weren’t well-done, I was told to bring them back so they could be dropped back in the grease, which confused me since they’d been sitting out.
The person I spoke to kept changing the story about the order, and I felt like I was being treated as if I was lying. I called again and was purposely placed on hold, then ignored. When I returned around 10 p.m. because no one would answer the phone, staff began speaking Spanish as I approached, clearly so I wouldn’t understand. I was then told there was no supervisor on duty—even though I had been promised one would call me back.
By that point, I no longer wanted the food—I just wanted a refund.
