Usually have a good experience here..today , my family and I waited 15 minutes to simply be greeted at our table. Being a server myself, It wasnt busy. No drinks no hello. We just left..Very disappointed and wont be returning for awhile.
I have been to the new Black Bear a few times since they opened, wasn’t really impressed. Waiting 40+ minutes for pancakes and eggs. Now rough start I know, but saying that in the last month it’s like night and day, attentive servers shoutout to Jodi on my most recent visit for being absolutely fantastic and taking great care of me never had to ask for refills, my food came out within 15 minutes and tasted AMAZING. I judged Black Bear too harshly and I’m glad to be proven...
Our first time there this morning. Love what they've done to the place. I got their breakfast sandwich. Sourdough bread, ham, bacon, 2 types of cheese, and egg. BEST breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Their hashbrowns were very good too! We'll go back.
