Very rude customer service from a middle aged lady with reddish hair. Not saying if I was the one mistreated or a witness. I hope management has a good word with her. If she continues to be rude to customers and/or particular customers she should be fired immediately. Good customer service and common decency goes a long way.

Called to order pizza and received the automated voice service which was completely horrible. It didn't understand half the stuff I said and it took me 10 minutes on the phone to order the food, they need to get rid of the automated voice service. Then the computer voice tells me 45 minute wait for pizza.

Would give zero stars if I could because of how another customer get treated by a worker named Starla at this Casey’s! No customer should be told there not going to be served because of past dramas no matter they use to work there or not! That is not even right a customer is a customer and should always be treated right and served when they come in! That was very unprofessional!And since when did they allow a Caseys worker to stalk someone on Facebook and send them some threatening messages because of an honest review?! I will be getting ahold of my lawyer I can’t believe what kind of people they have working at this gas station
