Corporate was at the Morrison, IL store. I don't do online orders! Finally a human appeared & took my order! $5.00 meal deal? It's cold fries & cold chicken nuggets & served me a "cheese burger"_Not a plain burger with Catsup Only! It was too late to tell them...after eating cold fries & cold chicken nuggets!
I Had Not ordered food there in the past 6-7 years...AND I Will Not Go Back there!
You would think corporate would at least serve HOT food! Beware of the$5 meal deal! It's like eating "left overs"! No photo!

always used to have issues here, stopped coming but it was close to school so easy. I placed a pickup order & a separate order at arrival for a friend. didn’t get my pickup order, when i asked abt it they said “its in there” i was in a rush so i left, and came to find out that i was correct and they just don’t know how to do their jobs, once again. couldn’t get them on the phone after 15 calls and they don’t have a service on the app. don’t go here, it’s a waste of money for stale food & they don’t make it right ever. BAD BUSINESS. even franchises can have good business practices..

Inconsistent service and they are typically rude employees. I exclusively place mobile orders. One day I will get shooed to the second window without them even opening the window to tell me. They typically just tell me to pull ahead to the second window and dont offer a receipt or anything. So the one day I am in a rush I just head to the second window and they straight up yelled at me. I'll just skip out on McDonalds for now until they figure out how to treat their mobile orders and talk to their customers.
