There was no one to take our order at the register. We tried to use the self-service kiosk, but it would not let us order a McRib meal, we could order just the McRib but not as a meal. We finally had to ask the kid running meals out to the drive-thru customers if there was anyone who could take our order. Finally got or ordered, and when the food came out, I remembered why we rarely eat at McDonald's. McRib was good, but the fries were cold and soggy.
It's McDonald's. They serve quickly made food as fast as possible. Sometimes it's sloppy, sometimes it's not... that's the price you pay going to a place that is labeled fastfood.Everything was fine here we did curb side and they had our order ready the second we pulled up.
