Came here for my sisters birthday dinner. The food was alright, the server was personable and attentive, her name was Chloe i think. Blonde girl, very good service

Yikes. 2 negative reviews already today? Since this is the type of publicity this place wants to bring to itself today, I would be more than happy to oblige. I have read screenshots of verbal and sexual harassment regarding multiple YOUNG FEMALES who have worked here. Then they quit or get fired because they are done putting up with it and these are the things that start to happen. How about we as a community stop supporting these types of businesses?
I’ve been here quite a lot. Yet when me and my husband eat here and we have this one waitress which we have now learned her name is Chloe, bright blonde girl, looks freshly out of high school. she is beyond rude. we came in this morning to have some tacos as it is taco day here and she ignored us. slammed out food down and talked very rudely. i know we were not the only ones experiencing this as we could hear other tables complaining. this is unacceptable behavior and if i ever have her again i will leave. as will others based off of what we heard. i hope action is done and this young lady learns her place. until action is done i will be telling everyone not to go there if she is working!

The food was good and the restaurant is quite nice, yet the service was horrendous. Every other time we have came here we have had amazing service along with great food. Yet every time we have this one waitress it’s never a good time. She’s bleach blonde and very rude. Never checks up on you and has a terrible attitude. I have no idea how she has a job here. She needs to be fired.

We were driving back home from Galena and we decided to stop here to get something to eat. We were glad we did. The food was amazing and the service was great.

The service at this establishment is AWFUL. Grace is basically useless as a waitress. I have been coming here for years and have never had such poor service, but the food keeps us coming back. We arrived at 5:30 we were 1 of 2 tables of people there. We were not served food until 6:55. When Grace brought out our food, one of our group's food was burnt and cold, and one person (cheese quesadilla) did not come out with the rest of the food. I told Grace this, and she said the kitchen was working on it. 10 minutes later, I flagged down another waitress, Emily. She ran to the kitchen and did not come back out until she had the missing food 5 minutes later. Mean while Grace is bringing out other people's food. Who arrived will after us. 6 tables that arrived after us were served before us. Thankfully, after Emily took over, our service was a bit better.

Tonight's service was absolutely atrocious by Grace. We are going on 2 hours of being here for a place you could call in and get food in 15-20 minutes. There was no one in here when we got here. All the people who showed up after us were served before us. Got our food and one person from our party was missing food. My food was burnt. It wasn't until we asked Emily, who was right on it for us. Would not recommend eating inside or avoid having the waitress, Grace. Do not have Grace as your waitress. She will leave you with no grace.

First time here and it looks like it was abandoned in the 1960's and freshly reopened. Decor inside is just awful brown and old pink. The mural on the wall is interesting but also old. I was there just after 5 or so and there were quite a few people sitting inside and just as many that came through for pick up orders so I figured something would be good but, eh.
The main focus is the food, I had a Cuban Torta sandwich, which is supposed to be a steak egg ham and garnish sandwhich, but it has so very little steak it was like eating a fried egg in a bun with some lettuce and a couple bits of meat.
I also asked for chips and queso on the side, the queso is actually just a melted white cream that they brought semi warm to the table, so I asked for an additional side of pico to add to it so I could have some flavor with my white cream sauce to dip my broken up and crumbly tortilla chips in.
The service was ok, it looks like a family run place and the daughters were the servers, they don't talk much but they were nice when I asked for the additional things.
This has the potential to be THE Mexican place in this small town, but instead its just a real cheap place with cheap food. Hopefully its not because a bunch of old white ladies complained about the food being too spicy so many times, but either way, very cheap quality that's more comparable to microwaved movie theater nachos than a real restaraunt, but I bet movie theater nachos wouldnt be as broken.

1st time at this restaurant. The food was really good! The chicken tacos had all chunks of white chicken. The bowl of guacamole was delicious! The only downfall is the restaurant is a little small. I will definitely go back.

The ones running the front were a couple of teenagers. Both are very polite and nice. I wish the one taking care of me would have said that the size salsa with the chips and salsa size was going to cost $2.50. Chips and salsa don't come to your table when you sit down. They are an extra charge of $4. I didn't like how large the tomatoes and onions were. It wasn't chopped. It was huge chunks. The salsa was good, but the veggies that big were very unappealing to me.I asked how big the nacho sizes were. And the girl was kidding when she said they put one layer of chips down. The description of a half size is a joke for $5.40! My full size was an appetizer size. It's NOT a meal size. I didn't even need that much salsa with the nachos, so I felt I was purposely overcharged because I even asked for salsa. I was told lots of toppings. That wasn't true at all. I felt very unsatisfied after my $8 nachos. I would have had to pay $10 plus for something else to feel full. I just went elsewhere where they gave me chips and salsa and bought a meal there. Service wasn't bad. Food tasted good. Overall, it is a very overpriced place for the amount of food you get. And who doesn't give you chips and salsa when you sit down. Not this place, I guess. It's too bad because they have great homemade type of chips. I don't know if they had drink specials, but since my server wasn't even out of high school, she couldn't legally bring me a drink, so I didn't ask. I was disappointed for my first time there. I should have just gone to El Tap. I probably won't be back to this place. Also, instead of others that charge 3% for cards, this place charges 4%. So beware. I wish my phone wasn't dead so I could take pics of the nachos to show how little a meal was.
