I had one of the best Chicken Salad sandwiches!!! I had an iced strawberry and cream coffee that was also delicious. The service was wonderful, very friendly, and I definitely will be a return customer.

We had Peanut Butter & Deli cater some cookies & coffee at an event we held for over 70 people. We ran out of coffee & they graciously brewed more & had it ready for us within a half hour! They are more than a sandwich shop-keep them in mind for your events!

Stopped in with my Dad while driving through town and we were very pleased. We got the ham sandwich and the chicken sandwich, coffee, chips, and orange. All of it was good and fresh. The atmosphere inside was nice, clean, and they played pleasant music. The restroom was well kept. The staff people working were kind, as well. Clearly a family run place.

This is an awesome new family and family-friendly business just a block off the historic Lincoln Highway (U.S. Route 30) in Morrison in northern Illinois. Exceptional wait staff and exceptional food. They have daily specials -- sandwiches, soup, hot dogs, deli sandwiches, coffee, hot chocolate, yogurt parfaits, sweets -- the list goes on. Everything I've tried is delicious and reasonably priced. They are currently open Friday, Saturday and Sunday but by the end of May 2024 they plan to be open every day. The building dates all the way back to 1857 during the construction of Morrison's Main Street. Within the past 164 years it has been home to many businesses, including several bakeries, a pizza parlor and a restaurant. Starting in 2021, the family restored the building, discovered much of its history from top to bottom while adding in a twist of their own style. Five stars!! Definitely worth a drive to visit.

Food was sub par. Too much bread and not enough peanut butter or jelly, grilled cheese could use a bit more cheese and maybe some butter for taste? Not worth the 7 dollars. Chicken noodle soup was tasty. Food was warm.
