They gave me a very hard time about the flavor combo request. I also stated that I have a dairy allergy and was very clear about this. The young man at the counter seemed annoyed with me ensuring the drink would not have dairy and even stepped back to ask his manager about it. The drink tasted sour like old yogurt….even after stating it would be fine for me to have. It definitely had dairy in it. It tasted like yogurt and left me sick all weekend. Drinks taste gross, employees are rude and allergies are not their concern. Will not be returning.

Bubble tea was good but the guy at the register was rude. Kept rolling eyes taking the order. I bought 5 drinks and still had to ask for a cup holder. Seemed normal with the other customers.

This past April was the very first time trying this location which is obviously the original location. First time in general was at the Vernon Hills location which sadly closed shortly after the pandemic hit.
My family and I were leaving Old Orchard Mall and exploratory me loves to trek out and try new restaurants and bubble tea parlors so that's how we ended up here and glad we tried it.
The bubble tea is really good here and exactly like the other location as I remember the great taste. My son who's now 9 years old has been drinking bubble tea since I introduced it to him just before he turned 3. He only drinks Taro and if any bubble tea parlor we visit doesn't have it then he won't drink anything.
Boba is definitely a growing trend and keeps on becoming more & more popular with parlors sprouting in various cities and towns across the country in particular large metro areas. I hope for continued success & prosperity for the owner(s).

It’s a bit tricky to find. Place offers a calm atmosphere, with soft music in the background that won't drown out conversation. The space, however, could use a bit of freshening up – the smell was slightly off-putting, but it wasn’t overwhelming. The flavors are okay. These aren’t Taiwanese bubble tea so don’t expect something similar to kung fu tea. This is more of a blended bubble tea (artificial flavor + ice + tapioca). Definitely not worth the price.

I'm a regular customer but today they lost me for good. I bought 2 Watermelon and 2 Cantaloupe drinks the Cantaloupe tasted stale i called to let report it the manager said that's weird I just made it and it was OK and he said we'll it's yours now you do what you want with it and hung up the phone on me. I will never ever going there anymore. I wish could give them 0 star they don't deserve a single star.
I know the sign says "no outside food and drinks", but it is not worth yelling at a guy from across the store to get out because he had a coke in his hands. Because of that the place felt unfriendly and welcome

I got the mango watermelon flavor and it tasted completely off, my girlfriend got French vanilla and it tasted like water. We go to a lot of bubble tea places and I would say to stick to Chill Bubble Tea. I was shocked to see it was rated a 4.5. At least the tapioca was good.
