The quality of the bubble tea is still just as sweet as it was many years ago.They have many different combinations of fruits and teas. The restaurant itself is very cozy. However the sofas look like they haven’t been changed since the place opened up. ?The staff is very friendly and they usually give great suggestions. Even though the place is very crowded, the usually have your order out very quick.Their loyalty program is pretty nice, old school punch cards like subway use to have. Buy 9 bubble teas and the 10th is free.

The boba was totally delicious! The place was super crowded so we waited about 10 minutes, but it was great boba! We got mango peach and mango lychee. Loved it, will definitely come back.

Kid-friendliness: The cool blue raspberry avalanche tasted really good, almost like a slushy. But I would not recommend the tapioca. It wasn’t that bad, but I didn’t really like it. It has very little flavor, in my opinion. But, overall, it was a really nice place and boba.

Tried this place today and was super disappointed with the customer service. The person making the drinks refused to "change his recipe" when I explained due to an allergy I would want to substitute something. Rude. I would not return to any establishment that is not allergy prevention friendly. I will simply make the bubble tea place down the street my go to from now on. I have no way of reviewing their beverages because I can't taste it.

Was in the mood for bubble tea and went here based on the high rating. Should have trusted my instincts when I stepped in and left… ordered 2 original milk tea without sugar and 1 strawberry smoothie with less sugar, only because they won’t let me order no sugar. All the drinks came out sweet, without any other flavour. Bubbles were too small and chewy. Ended up taking 1 sip of each and threw all the drinks out.

I have been to this place before and at some point thought it was one of the best bubble tea places I’ve had, but when I went back it was not the same. The bubble tea was blended like a smoothie but they don’t give that disclaimer anywhere and boba was hard do not recommend to anyone.

First it was hard to find in the plaza because the sign was off. Then the entrance is like a small step up off the ground, the other two folks I was with both tripped. Not sure how it passed code and is ADA compliant. I don’t think it was a vibe thing as half the lights were not working, if that’s your vibe put lower wattage bulbs atleast. And all the drinks are implied as milk tea but the menu doesn’t state that and are smoothies and some of the boba was hard.
