The employees are incredibly rude. All I did was come back and ask for a side of vinaigrette and they yelled at me and gave me attitude because I didn’t ask when my order was being made. This Chipotle has over and over disappointed me with their customer service and food.

First of all, the “express pickup lane” takes forever. I was even late to my pickup time and I waited for a long time, as well as the cars ahead of me. I waited at the window for 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. After that, my order was wrong. Completely wrong. No utensils included like I asked, one order was just rice and chicken thrown in a bowl??? The other was about a half portion of meat (I asked for double) and seemingly random toppings. When I tried to get support on this (a refund) I ended up in an endless loop of AI-operated customer service that offered little to compensate for my bad experience. The most I got after 2 days of badgering and finally reaching a real person was a partial refund and a voucher. Ruined chipotle as a whole for me, honestly. But if you’re gonna go, this location is the absolute worst.

Ordered ahead on the app for 2 bowls. Waited in the drive thru pickup behind cars for awhile and when we finally pulled up to the window we were not acknowledged for 7 minutes. Got home and opened up the order and it was entirely wrong. Labels were only on one bowl and only partially. There was someone else’s name on it and the other was a completely different order than anything we got. Never had an issue at any chipotle ever until going to this one.

Very disappointed with my experience at chipotle and that I payed for an order that I did not even eat.I am pregnant and was very hungry so I decided to order online. I ordered my steak bowl, and received a different order from what I PAID for. My steak bowl was missing sour cream, corn salad and the worst part it had Pico de Gallo? Or im not sure what salsa, but there werea lot of tomatoes. I CANNOT EAT TOMATOES!! there were too many to pick out. I was not able to eat my bowl. My husband's bowl did not have any corn salad either and did not have veggies are requested. Very disappointed ND such an inconvenience. Paid almost $30 for food that I didn't get to eat

Always messy tables everywhere garbage always out of food didn't have lettuce people walking in even behind me like six people wanting to order six different meals at 8:00 at night and they're out of lettuce and they said they were out of three other things so they just left You guys lose money all the time I walk out sometimes too normally the chicken has crystalline it when it's cut up it's always something spin the worst Chipotle I've ever had The only time it was ever good was when there was a manager that his name was Javier he was the best you've ever had there when he works or work there everything was great we got to know who he was and he got to care about other people. I used to go to that Chipotle three or four times a week and now I go once every couple weeks and hope being it's going to be okay when it normally isn't You pay almost two bucks for guacamole and they barely give you half a spoonful you ask for extra chicken and pay the fee and the chickens normally very little and everything's falling apart like garbage You don't even get that at other places so I'm about ready to give up given enough feedback. Used to be your biggest fan at every Chipotle this one sucks.

I had a bad experience (raw rice) at this location few months back. Today I gave it another try since the location is on my way home. Raw rice on my burrito bowl again. Also the steak on my kid s meal are overcooked til turn dark. Won’t come back again. Golf vs Milwaukee location is better in staff and food quality.

Ordered a burrito, and I saw that they mixed my order with another burrito. Been nice and pointed to the girl from counter that my burrito is the one next to the one she grabbed, told her 2 times nicely and she insisted that she is right. So I thought maybe I’m wrong, so when I tried it of course I was right. Maybe when someone tells you that you’re wrong, maybe that person is right. I also asked for it to be for here but the girl from counter just bagged it so I had to look for a tray on tables….I guess my mistake was that I did not check the place on google…..2.2* for a reason. And don’t expect people to be nice to you back when you treat them this way!

This location needs to be retrained. Every employee looks mad and are rude. Never once smile, greet you like other locations. You look at you like you are bothering them. From management down. Corporate should investigate as to why the place is like a bunch of depressed but of employees. I work nearby, and my coworkers have the same experience. Come on, Chipotle, you can do better. If the employees are that unhappy, they should really move on. Customer service is not for everyone!
