First of all, the “express pickup lane” takes forever. I was even late to my pickup time and I waited for a long time, as well as the cars ahead of me. I waited at the window for 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. After that, my order was wrong. Completely wrong. Ordered ahead on the app for 2 bowls. Waited in the drive thru pickup behind cars for awhile and when we finally pulled up to the window we were not acknowledged for 7 minutes. Got home and opened up the order and it was entirely wrong. Labels were only on one bowl and only partially. There was someone else’s name on it and the other was a completely different order than anything we got. Never had an issue at any chipotle ever until going to this one.

The employees are incredibly rude. All I did was come back and ask for a side of vinaigrette and they yelled at me and gave me attitude because I didn’t ask when my order was being made. This Chipotle has over and over disappointed me with their customer service and food.
