How is this location still open? In fact how is this whole chain still open? You’re better off getting lunch at PetSmart.
I walked into this Chipotle expecting a normal experience, but the employee with braids working the serving line had such a rude and unwelcoming attitude that I ended up leaving without ordering. I felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. Customer service matters, and no one should feel uncomfortable enough to walk out before even placing an order. I ordered my food threw Uber Eats and I got my food completely cold and rice was extremely hard almost hurt my tooth and my food must have been sitting out for long because my side of guacamole was 40 percent brown which is disappointing because I come here all the time and it’s really good but today made me not want to eat here ever again smh
