“Absolutely incredible! From the moment the food hit the table, everything looked fresh and packed with flavor. The burrito was stuffed with perfectly seasoned meat, fresh pico de gallo, beans, rice, and all the right toppings—every bite was delicious. The chips were warm, crispy, and paired perfectly with the creamy queso, fresh salsa, and homemade guacamole. You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients.

And the margarita? Easily one of the best I’ve had! Perfectly chilled, refreshing, with just the right balance of citrus and tequila—not too sweet and incredibly smooth. It was the perfect complement to the meal.

“The food and drinks were good, the service was attentive and friendly but let the buyer beware! The waitstaff asked: "Celebrating a birthday?" Let us get you some shots! This happened twice however, all the shots ended up on our bill and it was $56 for four shots! Twice!“

The big disappointment is that do not have beer... only one brand listed, but they do not had it in the house. For me it's not the kind of food to harmonize with wine. I can't understand no beer in a Mexican place.“

“Oooooorale’! We found another hidden gem! (Well not really hidden, lol) este restaurante está riquísimo! For all of you non-Spanish speakers, this place is delicious! It looks small from the outside, but it’s enormous in flavor! It’s a very cute and nicely decorated place. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. But the food… it rocks! We ordered the Orden de Quesobirria and a Carne en su Jugo and a Agua de Jamaica (hibiscus water) and a Horchata (rice water). The Carne stew was delicious! So many levels of flavors. The birria was fantastic! Levels and levels of flavor. Will definitely be back for the Menudo this weekend. See you all here!“

“Simply AMAZING! Ochoa’s is easily one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. We recently used them for catering (25 people), and everything exceeded our expectations. Communication was top-notch, portions were huge, and the food was incredible. Guests couldn’t stop talking about the juicy chicken and steak, the homemade chips and salsas, and guacamole that could honestly be eaten by the spoonful. Mr. Ochoa truly takes pride in his food — you can taste the love in every bite. Highly recommend for both dining in and catering!“

“Husband and I both housed our delivered three taco meals with rice and refried beans in about 10 minutes (chicken for me, pastor for him). Exceptionally delicious, every detail was fresh and tasty...I'm already thinking about my next order from here if that tells you anything.“

“Small mom and pop taco spot with great food. Place is cash only i repeat cash only so dont forget your money. We had the Ribeye tacos very delicious and tender meat was well done, they also put grilled onions and peppers which adds more flavor to the 🌮. Be aware the peppers 🌶 are a bit spicy so eating them with their salsa might be too much spice for some people. I would do either or but you feeling adventurous try it with both. Pastor tacos were very flavorful comes with onion and cilantro. Asada tacos were rich in flavor well seasoned and not dry. These are hardy tacos 🌮 average person will get full with 2-3 tacos. Tortillas are oiled nicely and cooked well they hold their shape while eating after lime and salsa have been added doesn't get soggy or break apart. Over all great spot 9/10 👌 will eat here again. It is a small place so if it gets busy seating might be an issue they have 3 tables outside and a bit of counter seating inside.“

“We drove all the way from downtown just to get tacos from Aztlan Taqueria and it was 100% worth it. The steak tacos are some of the best we’ve ever had. The meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. Both the flour and corn tortillas tasted incredibly fresh, like they were just made. The salsa was delicious and clearly homemade bright, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the tacos. And the guacamole? Absolutely perfect. No extra salt needed just fresh, balanced, and spot-on. On top of the amazing food, the staff is so nice and truly goes above and beyond. The service made the experience even better. Hands down, some of the best tacos around. 5/5 Stars – An absolute gem for authentic Oaxacan flavors! If you are looking for true, deeply flavorful Oaxacan cuisine, Istmo is a must-visit. The complexity of their dishes shows incredible respect for traditional Mexican cooking.The Food: The highlight of the meal was definitely the Flaming Pork Shank and Tlayuda / Mole Negro.The flavors were incredibly rich, perfectly balanced, and authentic. You can tell everything is made from scratch with high-quality ingredients.The Vibe: The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great spot for a special Occasion and or casual dinner with friends as well as a cozy date night. The Service: The staff was attentive, friendly, and happy to give recommendations on the menu.

“Omg this new taco spot in the lakeview neighborhood. The steak tacos were great!! I loved my steak sope! The salsas are fire. The Jamaica drink is refreshing! My steak fajitas were flavorful and I loved the homemade authentic Mexican rice the cooks make here. Their vegetarian nachos are super yummy and I ain’t even vegetarian. Everything was authentically Mexican-delicious!!! On top of Mexican food the double cheeseburger always hits here and their fries are tasty! Way better quality than McDonald’s.“
