“Last week I was on my way to take my son for a haircut and decided to stop and eat here. It was my first time. Service was great and food delicious. I was not having a good day but tried my best to not show it. As I'm eating I saw a man come in. Eat by himself and then left. My surprise when I went to go pay. This man had paid for my food. Who ever it was Thank you so much if this is ever read. That was a beautiful gesture and completely made my day. I got my son his haircut and took him for some ice cream afterwards. I will definitely pay it forward“

“We live in the area, and this is by far out favorite Mexican spot to go to. Been coming here for close to 20 years. The food is fresh, and I love that I can see the cooks in action. Small place, but big flavors. Clean, friendly, and food is fire.“

“Food was very good. I ended up with chilaquiles (with chicken breast) and my friend got the pupusas and dobladas. Really solid, and I appreciate the subtle differences in flavors between the Guatamalan dishes and standard Mexican fare. However, only 4/5 because ordering (in English) was difficult. I tried to get grilled skirt steak and a green chicken enchilada (as a single item, listed that way on the menu) but what was originally brought out was 3 green chicken enchiladas. I explained the issue and thought it was clear but ended up getting brought the chilaquiles. My friend got his pupusas but the dobladas was not brought and had to be ordered again. The food was delicious and I'm not a picky eater so this wasn't a huge deal, but others that need to order a specific thing, in English, may have trouble. I will be back though, and I will brush up on my Spanish.“

“I went there on May 19th around 6:30 p.m I ordered a steak burrito it was pretty good it was very hot however the steak had absolutely no flavor to it The rice and beans were pretty good. The service was phenomenal little bit of a language barrier because I don't speak Spanish but good thing I had my Google translator and the guys that were there were totally awesome“

“My go to order - Steak burrito, no tomato, with sour cream and avocado. I could eat this everyday, it is sooooo good. The problem is, it is so good I can't break away to try something else.- LOL. My husband has tried the flautas meal, chorizo and egg burrito and beef burrito. Everything was great!! The flavors are authentic and everything is made fresh! Today we tried a tamale and it was one of the best ones I have ever had anywhere. Everyone there is friendly and the place is clean. Best Mexican restaurant with great prices. Highly reccomend!“
