“I ordered a catering order rather large just one day before the event . The owner Juan was so helpful and the food was a 10 !!We had steak tacos , rice , beans , guacamole and homemade chips . “This location had the BEST FOOD EVER! I ordered breakfast crunch steak wrap. It was the best I ever had. Steak wasn’t chewy, had delicious flavor the right amount of crunch and texture. They were super nice and friendly. Also had a steak quesadilla dish should order two Give them a try I think you’re gonna like him“

“My husband divorced me here. Let me tell you why. When I walked in, I was greeted by the cutest host. She was very friendly and welcoming (I think her name started with an S? Sam...Sami....Salmon...Saomi?). She said there would be a little bit of a wait, so I turned to my husband and asked if he was OK with waiting and he said yes. We waited only a few minutes before the same hostess led us to our table, by a window. The waiter greeted us promptly and was an incredible waiter. His named rhymed with Coney: it was Tony. An absolute cutie who was all smiles, and was funny to boot. I asked if Tony was short for something and he said "yea, riggatoni". A good man. Anyway We went through the motions and after ordering, only waited a bit for the food. The food arrived and was let me tell you MIND MELTING never had I had such good shrimp tacos. Sweet Geezums taking one bite felt like diving into a vat of dryer lint-all soft and warm. It was not long before tragedy struck however and as we sat enjoying our food, a sudden and loud THUMP shocked us from our food euphoria. A bird had dove for the window like it was 1915 parachuter whos parachute never opened. The shock was so great my husband jolted his fork and began choking on a piece of his taco. I panicked he turned out being fine. Our waiter had seen what happened and was concerned enough to get a manager who might be able to help my husband. The manager was so sweet and came out but my husband was already fine by then. Her name was Annette and she made sure everyone was OK and then asked how the food was. I joked it was so good I payed a bird to choke my husband so I could get HIS tacos too. Well needless to say my husband didn't like that and now we aren't really talking. Doesn't matter though because I can fill the void of my marriage with the delightful atmosphere and wonderful food of Fat Rosies. I definitely reccomend going here, a great experience!“

“I've tried this place twice now, and it's in a tiny strip mall that I've driven past for years and years. Wow do I regret not stopping sooner. My first time I had the steak taco, alambre taco and cecina taco. All three tacos were very tasty. Steak taco was a little dry, but with some lime and hot sauce it was fine. The alambre taco is where it's at, damn that taco is tasty. Tonight though I got the Fiesta Mix Fajitas. Without a doubt the best damn fajitas I've ever had. The shrimp were huge, the chicken well seasoned and the steak tender and delicious. Everything cooked to perfection and honestly the best rice and beans I think I've ever had from a restaurant. The only problem I can think of with the fajitas is it needs more tortillas. I only got 4, with the amount of food, could easily go with 8-10. You've got yourself another life long repeat customer. Also, the pico de gallo is very tasty, the red hot sauce has a very nice amount of heat as well. You've forever ruined other Mexican restaurants for me. Wish you had some birria though on the menu.“

“All good cemitas arabe meat great and milanesa great bread ? I think they can do better I feel like all cemitas places use the same bread ? don't get me wrong. “Last week I was on my way to take my son for a haircut and decided to stop and eat here. It was my first time. Service was great and food delicious. I was not having a good day but tried my best to not show it. As I'm eating I saw a man come in. Eat by himself and then left. My surprise when I went to go pay. This man had paid for my food. “I'm new to the area and decided to venture out for lunch so I popped into Gary's Burritos today. I ordered an AL Pastor Burrito and was not disappointed. So many places get the seasoning wrong, but here, the flavor was on point, and paired with their bottled red sauce (has a decent kick to it), mannnnnnnn.... I just became a loyal customer! Really solid, and I appreciate the subtle differences in flavors between the Guatamalan dishes and standard Mexican fare. However, only 4/5 because ordering (in English) was difficult. I tried to get grilled skirt steak and a green chicken enchilada (as a single item, listed that way on the menu) but what was originally brought out was 3 green chicken enchiladas. I explained the issue and thought it was clear but ended up getting brought the chilaquiles. My friend got his pupusas but the dobladas was not brought and had to be ordered again. The food was delicious and I'm not a picky eater so this wasn't a huge deal, but others that need to order a specific thing, in English, may have trouble. I will be back though, and I will brush up on my Spanish.“

I had the pollo tacos and shared a platter of the nachos. Both were just okay - nothing to rave about. The restaurant itself is clean. Reminded us of a diner! I haven't used the catering before but I'm sure these guys are good at it. The restaurant is a hidden gem and need to look for it a little. They were on point very good the meat was tender and it was not greasy. The consume was perfect for dipping. Everything was hot. The dinner comes with three and some rice and refried beans. “Used to go here when it was El Meson. We went on a Thursday night - not too crowded. The indoor dining space is renovated with a long bar, big screen TV’s for sports and nice tables. Less seating than before but great not to be on top of the table next to you anymore. Outdoor patio wasn’t being used anymore but still a great space for warmer weather. Service was excellent. I ordered the burrito diner and honestly the rice was a little dry but it was good. The beans were good too. The burrito itself was very good just needs a little more flavor. The sauces were very good and I'm glad that the chip salsa wasn't spicy at all. A lot of places make it spicy for no reason. I'm supposed to enjoy the chip salsa before the main come out. This place definitely did good on the salsa. The other salsas were amazing. Flavorful and very enjoyable. The customer service was 10/10 and the waiter was definitely good.
