We went thru the drive thru just now and ordered chicken nuggets for my son, the guy at the drive thru is very rude and doesn’t have good etiquettes I am not sure his name but he was in the drive thru wearing a vest and said to park ahead to wait for fresh nuggets. We waited 20 minutes and cars were honking at us just for nuggets and when we got them they were not even fresh just cold. I am a regular customer and come here everyday. He is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk with manners to customers never coming here he is not a good employee and very rude guy . Order number 1211 whoever gave this was the guy I recommend not going unless u want bad customer service.

10/14/25 at 7:45 pm. Ordered 2 large lemonade drinks with light ice at the drive thru. Was given the drink half filled with ice, told the lady at the counter that I ordered light ice. She was not happy about it. Took back my drink and gave me the drink back with NO ice. The lady did not even looked at me, as if, she knowingly did this to annoy me. I still thanked her and left not satisfied. I ended up going to another location and bought another one.

They lied to my face that creamy chillies sauce is discontinued... I stop by this location very often but this time I am really disappointed, this guy was rolling his eyes for asking for sauce... amazing service! Maybe this will be last time I will visit McDonald's again. Huge disappointment.

You have to wait 17 minutes to get a medium coffee this Saturday morning I spent 17 minutes to get the medium coffee to go . and when I ask the cashier, he said we are behind because there is no people working on Sunday and Saturday it's one of two things. The owner don't want to hire people so he's not gonna spend money. Try to save some money for himself. Or the people working there they didn't get paid enough so that's why they are behind and they don't care about customer. The owner needs to talk to the manager who work in there because if you guys gonna go like this, you're gonna lose your business. ASAP
