Only took a two small bites , I've seen my girlfriend order the grilled cheese steak burrito before and just now when I ordered at this location this is not the same item.... This is just a regular burrito they threw barely a slice of cheese on ... And half the size of the real menu item

The screen at the drive thru speaker was not working but the person was kind and helpful. Better experience than most drive thru's even without their whole menu display working- there are still places with great customer service out there. Way to go to this TB location!

Most pathetic Crunchwrap Supreme that I've eaten in the last decade. An Impossible Whopper has 100% more beef than this "beef" Crunchwrap Supreme. To be fair, the flavor and freshness was all on point but there was no more than a tablespoon of beef in my Crunchwrap. This is what happens when I break my diet, places like this disappoint me so that I can stick to eating healthy lolIf I would have dined in, I would have mentioned it, but it's just such a hassle going back around and not to mention my distrust of complaining to food industry workers is through the roof. See the two pictures that I uploaded. I can probably find more meat in a vegan restaurant than in this Crunchwrap for sure!Vegetarian options: My beef Crunchwrap Supreme was literally one tablespoon away from being part of the vegetarian options.

I’m not someone who complains, but the last few times I’ve gone to this location there’s a younger petite girl with dark hair that is extremely rude. Bothered may be a better word for it. Working fast food isn’t for the faint of heart, I get it, but her attitude is uncalled for. Your other employees are extremely nice. There’s a taller blonde (possible manager?) she’s fantastic, but I’ll go to the location in Glenview from now on.

Really rude communication after they forgot to give us sauce (accidents happen). When we came back around to the drive thru, the cashier was defensive, when all we wanted were the sauces. She aggressively grabbed the box. Not sure why she was so upset!
Only taco bell that has not continuously messed up my order.. Great service .. Great manager !!

Ordered Uber Eats. The delivery service was horrible, but the packaging and food temp and presentation was even worst. The food was cold, messy presentation and was soggy. Could not consume the order. Will not be ordering from this location again.

The drive thru line moved extremely slow. When I finally got to the menu to order, they had me wait for over 10 mins to order and now I’m waiting for an additional 10 minutes for my order. I would just drive off now, but they already charged my card.
