I love their mini taco salad, however, it’s been a few months since they were introduced and the taco shells have now become rancid!!!
Please replace since these are clearly beyond their freshness date!!!
Im a huge fan for Taco Bell but I don’t know what happened to this location. New management or employees but it’s terrible. Orders take forever to come out and portion sizes are terrible. They neee to step it up.
If customer service had a Hall of Fame, James Happuch would already have a statue out front.
I’ve met a lot of people working in customer service, but James isn’t just good at it—he dominates the field like an all-time legend. The moment he steps into the room, the entire atmosphere changes. The menu has become extensive over the years, with popular items like the Crunchwrap Supreme and the Grilled Cheese Burrito remaining favorites among customers. While some issues with orders can occur, the staff is apologetic and willing to make it right, providing excellent service that many have praised as the best they have ever experienced. Although post-pandemic inflation has impacted prices, a decent big box combo can still be found for $8. Despite some technical issues, the drive-thru experience is commendable, thanks to the kind and helpful staff, though it is noted that customer wifi access from the parking lot is lacking.
