I pulled over to take a photo of one of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen in their parking lot. Placed a drive thru order and the young man who assisted me was one of the most respectful and warm individuals I've encountered at any drive thru window in recent memory. You could tell he was a bit short handed, but calm, and capable of making pleasant conversation while my order was assembled. A very well run establishment.
Above average taco bell in terms of service and food. I drive a little further to this one because the 1757 Waukegan location is the worst taco bell I've been to. Customer service is always nice. Only complaint is when you come when it's busy, it can take a while to get your food after ordering due to lack of staff. I waited over 20 minutes once.

Update. 1 month after, I visited this branch and their burrito supreme is so soggy it's like I'm eating soup. Will never go back to this branch again. I just hope their other branches are better.
