I get takeout often as this is my favorite fast food restaurant, however I do have one complaint. Every time I get the cheddar roast beef it has the red sauce on it. I do not care for it and request it not be on there and more often than not it is on the sandwich. I picked up 2 sandwiches and even tho I requested no red sauce it was on both. Other than that I would give it a 5.

I have lived in Morton for 3 years now, and my husband and I have never had food served hot with super friendly service EVERY SINGLE VISIT like we have at the Morton, IL Arby's.
All of the employees act as if they have never had a bad day, and like happiness is their full time jam.
The food is always fresh and hot no matter the time of day, and oh those chicken sandwiches, jalepeno poppers and mocha shakes. So so sooooo good!
We take road trips often and I will say we will never try another Arby's outside of Morton.
Thank you to the manager who must be a great leader and motivator and thank you to ALL the employees for always being positive, never getting an order wrong, and even taking time to say hello and how are you. One of our fave spots for sure.

I rarely find myself in Morton. Couple months ago I stopped at this arbys for the first time food and service was great so stopped again tonight while passing by town. Drive thru employee was phenomenal.....upbeat, quick, friendly etc. Food was hot. Had a double roast beef and just like last time beef is sliced thin and proper which is becoming rare at Arbys in the surrounding area. Whatever is being done at this store to have friendly employees doing things right needs to be kept up. Best QSR in the area!!!
