Stopped in to the Morton Baskin Robbins for an ice cream cake. Stood for several minutes waiting on someone to check me out. It's always nice to stand there as they look at you but don't acknowledge you. I guess their inappropriate conversation with several cuss words was more important. SMH.

I stopped into the Morton Baskin Robbins to pick up an ice cream cake. Stood for several minutes waiting on someone to check me out as they continued to look at me but not acknowledge me. Guess it was too inconvenient for them to stop their inappropriate conversation which included several cuss words. Way to keep it classy!

Arrived at 7:20 pm on a Monday. The sign still says open, lights are on, people are inside. The door is locked. The maps say open till 9.

Definitely would not recommend their ice cream cakes. Tasted stale and the cake part was incredibly dry and crumbly even after letting it thaw for awhile. I’m not sure what it was but something was incredibly off. Spent $43 for a cake (that seemed smaller than what I ordered) that hardly got touched at a work party. It was that bad ? Save your money lol. I called and spoke with an assistant manager or team lead and just wanted them to be aware that something may have been off in that batch so they don’t run into a similar issue like this. I would hate for that to had been some child’s birthday cake oof? She said “sorry” but just seemed very annoyed that I was calling she came off very rude. Definitely not a good experience and wouldn’t recommend. Again, save your money lol

Went into Dunkin this morning and like most mornings it's busy, that's to be expected. But the workers were very rude and then they gave my son the wrong donut so I said something nice when they handed me my drink that they gave him the wrong one, the manager looked at me then snatched the bag and got him what he wanted but when we where walking out he said it still was not the one he asked for but he would eat it anyways.

This Baskin Robbins closes at completely random times. The only notice is handwritten signs taped to the windows. Really frustrating when you've already told your kids you're going for ice cream. Sorry kids, I guess no one wants to work today.

Stopped by for my regular strawberry banana smoothie this am 9/25/22 only to be told sorry we are cleaning the machine. I'm not a manager but, shouldn't this be done at closing?? Let's not be like Mc Donalds with sorry the machine is down.
Not a friendly service on our visit. Not a single thank you, or smile, for our group of four. Very slow service, for being the only ones there too. We had to wait at register for the help to finish doing nothing, before taking our order.

Clean bathroom, slow service, the place was dead and it still was slow. Bro, all you gotta do is scoop ice cream. No excuses. Seating looks like an estate sale. Two coworkers chillin off the clock. One is extremely loud and talking about her friends getting high—obnoxious. Girl needs to learn some professional social awareness. Friend of theirs came in. Didn't have a mask on—none of the workers asked him to put one on.Ice cream had freezer burn. Leave it to an American chain way over sweeten ice cream. I love ice cream, but I only wanted to eat 1/5 of my one scoop serving. Don't think I'll ever come back to this Baskin Robin, nor eat in here.
