I have visited this Burger King four times in t the last six weeks and been unable to even order. This morning was the same as all the others, no cars at the ordering box, pull up and wait ten plus minutes for no one to take my order. I have left the queue four times now without ordering food, twice making me late to appointments even though I had time to stop. Please do better or if you cannot staff the business, then close.

So I come here from Peoria because our BKs are..... lackluster. These guys are awesome, somehow short staffed and still killing it every time.
Waited in drive through for 10 minutes until I was able to move up to the ordering voice box. When I got to ordering, I was ignored? The other lane went through fine for several people before I gave up and left the queue. When I got out of the queue the next person had their order taken immediately.

Im hispanic im bot trying to hate but the hispanic girl they got working on right now 5pm sounded rude and angry then pulling up she is looking at us with hate. We legit had a small order place was not busy at all. If you dont like working at fast food dont i did it and i liked i mkve on to something else now but dont do what she did!!!
