Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Took my daughter and her husband there to celebrate their anniversary. Plus my birthday. Service was awesome and food was great

Below average as always. I blame Trump. Tariffs causing worker shortages, and the price of sausage is too high.

Order said it would be done at 1:20. I waited in the store until 1:35 and asked a worker the status of my order and was told “I don’t handle those. I don’t know.” My order was finally ready 20 minutes past the time it said it’d be done. My food was cold and mashed potatoes were hard. I do not recommend online ordering.

I do not recommend them their wait staff was terrible it took thirty minutes to get our food and the waitresses were not friendly or kind it felt like we were a problem for them I have a lot of experience in the food industry and I have never came across bad customer service like this the food was great but their customer service was not good at all we came around two pm on Saturday afternoon I just wish that their customer service would get a whole lot better the food was great though they treat customers very poorly I'm sorry to say this but their service bothers me we didn't leave a tip cause of that

Silverware was dirty soda drinks were watered down and warm, were there for 25 minutes before anyone can to the table to take drink orders waited another 15 minutes before the server realized they were out of the thing we ordered. Didn’t eat there payed for our drinks and left. Don’t Come

Servers are doing the best they can, but the kitchen was slooooow and the food was just ok this time. Bathrooms needed cleaned yet there were staff kind of just standing around. This store had been better in the past, but tonight was an off night.

Parking: Good parking for trailers and RVs in the back.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love it here and there's nice table games to play.

Wheelchair accessibility: Building accessibility is kinda odd, with all the parking spaces on one side of the building, and where you'd expect to find handicapped parking is for cat or orders only. Kind of unique to this store. Bathroom is ok but not very clean and they're we're many puddles of spoiled drinks on the dining room area floor, so kind of a slip hazard. Again, this site has been better in the recent past so maybe this was an off night.

Went there Sunday morning for breakfast and the silver ware was dirty. Had to ask for plastic spoons and forks to eat our meal. Hash browns were not done in the middle and glasses were dirty. Couldn't drink the water. Place has done went DOWN. Use to be a good place to eat at. But not anymore

Love Cracker Barrel great food and service

Service was slow and unattentive. Chicken strips have changed, hashbrown casserole has changed and neither is for the better. Definitely not what it used to be. Will. It be back.

I have shared my terrible experience previously and actually received a response. Although they promised something and did not follow through with it. I guess upper management doesn't take care of things the same as the restaurant manager.
