I visited Culver’s and really enjoyed their signature ButterBurger and crispy cheese curds—they were hearty, juicy, and tasted fresh. The frozen custard dessert was creamy and delightful, but my fries arrived slightly soggy and felt lukewarm by the time I ate them. The atmosphere is casual and clean, the kind of friendly Midwestern fast-casual spot that feels reliable and welcoming. Overall, it was tasty and satisfying with just a few small service hiccups

I can’t remember the last time they actually got my order right. And this time I decided to order online and do the curbside pickup. Will not be doing that again. It said in the email that they would “bring it out to us” but we waited for about 20 minutes before deciding to go inside. I went inside and it was sitting on the pickup shelf, with the words “curbside pickup” clearly written on the bags. A worker came up to us and apologized for the wait, saying that he “couldn’t find us.” Couldn’t find us?! There’s 2 curbside pickup spots and we told them that we’re here. Lousy excuse. We watched every person come in and out that door and none of them were workers. Maybe just LOOK next time instead of coming up with excuses. And to add to that, I had to remind them to add an ice cream that they forgot, and they forgot my mom’s salad. Pretty disappointed overall.

Twice now we have ordered food ahead and twice they forgot an entire sandwich. This time my husband caught it before he left. The sandwich they ended up giving him wasn't even the right one. The cheese curds were cold and hard. The free sandwich coupon they gave us, Im not sure makes up for the continued mistakes.
