I really can't judge the food at this particular Culvers, since I was on a bus trip and only had a coffee. My experience with those that did eat was positive as I would expect it to be. Culvers reputation is top notch.

I am 62 had never been inside a Culver's. Visited on November, 7th 2024. The menu option was wonderful, the service fast. Employees were very professional. The facility was spotless, even though there was a lunch crowd. The food was freshly made and to my surprise, hot. It wasn't lukewarm nor just microwaved. I don't usually do fast food, but will visit Culver's before the other fast food options. Pleasantly surprised!!

The order was taken by a gentleman in a white booth outside of the store. It is a small booth and I felt bad for him. After I pulled around to wait for my order, it was slow to come out. There was one person in front of me. The order was accurate. The burgers tasted great as well as the cheese curds. The side of mashed potatoes was very bland. They did put 2 or 3 little butter packets in the bag. Almost wished they put salt or pepper in there too.
We dined in for lunch, I had the cod sandwich with fries. My wife had the pot roast sandwich and coleslaw. The only problem was they forgot to add her coleslaw so she had to go back up to the counter.
