I love getting coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts, but I refuse to go to this specific dunkin location, it seems when I tell my order through the drive, the people don’t pay attention to what I order, they ask me to repeat and then charge me .42 cents extra for their mistake, how is that fair? Sad to lose a long time customer to this!!! Not to mention the coffee is already over priced, then to pay for their mistake is ridiculous

Big shout out to the Burger King across the street. Since you can't open your dining room on time, I ended up at Dunkin', where I was pleasantly and promptly greeted. My order was made fresh and correct. Coming back here next time.

Went inside, and it took forever for the lady to even come to the counter to take the order of the guy in front of me. When I finally got my order in, it took forever, all i got was one simple iced latte. I walked in at 6am and didn't get out till 625am. Not the fastest. It's like nobody even cared about the people in the lobby and only worried about the drive thru.

I purchased 2 quarts of ice cream and a regular coffee period. The Morton, Illinois Ashland Road Dunkin' Donuts was exceptional. It was very clean and that's what first caught my attention. The two men working were very courteous and I told them how much I appreciated the cleanliness of their store. The coffee was great, also, my wife really enjoys the BR's chocolate/peanut butter ice cream. Thank you very much for great service.
