This location was very clean, my son and i couldn't figure out the kiosk but we were greeted by friendly staff that offered help. We declined so could figure it out and we did but everyone was kind and patient!

Find a different Dunkin. Shift lead is super rude and when she messes up tries to charge you for it. Maybe try listening to the order and placing it in the computer when it’s being told to you instead of trying to remember it. When asking to talk to a manager, they just keep telling you to come back tomorrow. Garbage location and obviously bad owners get your coffee at Starbucks.

I always go here and never have any problems. But they close in over a half hour and they were putting the ice cream away. I totally understand not wanting to wait to put things away until the last minute, but they had only put away 3 flavors. I really wanted the pumpkin cheesecake, one already packed, and they said that it was already packed for the night and so they weren't going to offer it. Dude y'all close in a half hour :/
I don't know, maybe I'm entitled for this, but I just wanted that ice cream before they closed. We went else where

Everywhere once in awhile you stumble upon a Dunkin donuts that does something that no other Dunkin donuts. Does. This one excels at sucking. They charge a dollar more for coffee than anywhere else. I've been for a dunkin' donuts. And then when I do my order that I've gotten at every other dunkin' donuts across the country I was charged another dollar on top of it because it was a modification. On top of this I had to wait 13 minutes in line for a drink I didn't end up buying cuz they were charging me $3 extra total. Then the price on the menu. Do not go here. Go to Dunkin donuts mesomewhere else.
