Big shout out to the Burger King across the street. Since you can't open your dining room on time, I ended up at Dunkin', where I was pleasantly and promptly greeted. My order was made fresh and correct. Coming back here next time.

Went inside, and it took forever for the lady to even come to the counter to take the order of the guy in front of me. When I finally got my order in, it took forever, all i got was one simple iced latte. I walked in at 6am and didn't get out till 625am. Not the fastest. It's like nobody even cared about the people in the lobby and only worried about the drive thru.

I purchased 2 quarts of ice cream and a regular coffee period. The Morton, Illinois Ashland Road Dunkin' Donuts was exceptional. It was very clean and that's what first caught my attention. The two men working were very courteous and I told them how much I appreciated the cleanliness of their store. The coffee was great, also, my wife really enjoys the BR's chocolate/peanut butter ice cream. Thank you very much for great service.Kid-friendliness: The two gentlemen that were working tonight were very kind and courteous. I got prompt service which was followed precisely. My order was quick and professionally handled

I would not eat or drink anything from this place. Low quality on everything I ordered. Service was slow. Do you self a favor and find somewhere else.

I stopped in here on 9/11 at 7:15 pm and had a very bad experience with the two girls that we’re working. I got my order OK but I had locked my keys in my car and I am from out of state and it’s raining outside so I went back inside and asked for help. The light skinned blonde or brown haired girl was really rude and dismissive and basically said OK what do you want me to do about it which was embarrassing and then she said wait why don’t you call the nonemergency police and went to go get their number and then her and the other girl went across the restaurant and I said I get a new number day Sat back there and laughed at me over. I don’t know what because people like their keys in the car right like what are they laughing about? What in the hell did I do. Like seriously the most ridiculous little snobs I’ve ever met. I’ll never come back to this place again because I live a thousand miles away but if I didn’t, I would tell everybody in the town not to go here. Oh, and my frozen coffee was terrible which doesn’t really matter because it’s in my car and I won’t be able to drink it until it’s melted I’m sure my donuts are good when are donuts not good, right????

It's just an ok location! There is no happy hour at this location!!!!!! I repeat no happy hour from 2-4 pm at this location! I prefer the location in north Normal, Illinois! I ordered a Carmel craze medium latte and with the app it was 3 dollars instead of 5.49! Make sure you order or pay with the app for the special offers! The latte was really sweet but it was good!! Love a good ice cold Dunkin coffee on a hot day!! This location also offers baskin robbins ice cream!

Staff not paying attention to those walking in store. Not even a "hello". Walked in, grabbed my mobile order and walked out without even a worker turning around. Someone could easily take someone's order.

This place was good but just too busy and they had plenty of staff working but they were all working on getting the drive thru orders out that they were not paying attention to the ones need to order on the inside and when we did finally get someone to take our order because we were walking out the door because we could not get someone to take our order she stated you could ordered on the Keos. I am tired of no personal service anymore, I had questions and wanted to ask them to a human not a machine that won't talk back!
