Very poor service. Staff was very rude and less than thrilled to refund fountain drinks when the machine was broke.

Order took an hour to arrive and the delivery driver didn’t even call to say they dropped it off. When we got the food it wasn’t the right thing. This happened the last time we ordered but figured it was a one off. Don’t order delivery from here just use door dash

Super impressed with the service. Ordered a lettuce wrap and they asked if I had Celiac/gluten allergy and I said yes. They brought out a clean cutting board, changed gloves, didn’t use cross contaminated mayo or utensils. The girl was Tory/Tori, great job, will be back.

Ordered at 10:18.Called at 10:40 was told driver just leftFood didn’t arrive till 11:05.So much for freaky fast. Quite annoyed with the lack of urgency on BOTH my phone calls to track down and get this order delivered. We eat jimmy John’s quite often and this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. Hopefully better next time

I called my order in it took over 2 hours to get I called a couple different times to see where my order was the last time I called the guy said you keep calling it’s gonna be 2 or 3 days I called the corporate store they said they would pass it onto the owner of that store and he would follow up w u in next 24 hours. Guess what never heard from him. I will never go back.

Waiting 3 hours for delivery after calling to confirm they received my order. Will not be back.Contacted by manager. Offer of free sub vouchers. It was obviously a bad day, but why not shut down online orders if you're already hours behind? Freaky fast
